Really happy with the service I received from Kieran and Sam. They were both really friendly, helpful and easy to deal with from start to finish.
Buying a car can be a bit stressful, but they made the whole process really straightforward and I never felt pressured at any point. They were happy to answer all my questions and went out of their way to make sure everything was sorted.

I purchased a citroen from this garage 3 weeks ago I had it inspected yesterday there were too many faults to list two being failing gearbox and a dangerous suspension arm yet the car was sold with a years mot?? I asked for refund but they wanted £250 admin charge, for there miss selling stay away company is rouge. Since review i got an answer but they left wrong number to call. And we have also found out the car had un finished finance on it so as I said stay away !!!!!

FG Cars has been operating for over 10 years, and we have never charged a £250 administration fee for a customer to return a vehicle to us.
We have also been unable to locate any customer or vehicle on our system from the details provided with this review, so at present we cannot identify the purchase you are referring to or investigate the concerns you have raised.
We take any concerns regarding our vehicles extremely seriously and would be more than happy to look into this for you. Please contact us directly on 01509 278780 or provide us with the vehicle registration number so that we can locate the vehicle and establish exactly what has happened.

Experience was good throughout. Left to look around unaccompanied but staff available to answer any questions.Given time alone to discuss and decide no pressure. Unfortunately after placing deposit and returning home I tried to find a bike carrier to fit but couldn't for the model. After talking to Keiron and explaining the problem he did his upmost to find a solution unfortunately one couldn't be found . It didn't work out this time but I would certainly use again and recommend the company to others.
