They sent me an email to say they never…
They sent me an email to say they never had on in stock, keeping informed with what was happening. They then sorced the correct filter and sent a few days later. Can't ask for much more than that.

Some manufacturers include them and some don't. For future reference Baldwin Filters does have the gasket. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
