I had a difficult time finding an older version filtre bowl at a reasonable price in North America... the one I ordered from FP took only 10 days to arrive at my doorstep in Canada from Australia!

Had many orders here, pricing very good, first time I dealt with customer service, they were excellent.

Very pleased with the experience. Good pricing, and great feedback when the delivery was slightly delayed.

2nd year purchase

2nd year purchase. Price wise, they have increased quite a bit in 12 months, but it is a necessary evil. Cannot fault the excellent service

Disappointing Experience

Hello , first time iv used Filter Plus and it was a disappointing experience.
I ordered & paid my parts online for two cars.
Later on the same day i was in the area and dropped into the office. I was told they had no record of my order when i supplied the order number. I advised i ordered everything online and was told thats a separate system and has nothing to do with us. I requested for my parts be picked as i had the order on my phone but the guy at the counter advised he could not help me as this was Cameron's Job and he's probably not in the office or we don't have your parts.
No response the next day so i rang the number on the email from the order . Cameron answered and i was told he was unwell and the parts will be ready for collection at 3:30pm . I headed to the office and got there by 4pm . Went to the side entrance and gave them my order number, same issue no record of my order. The guy then spent some time tried to locate it but failed . A lady them came out from the front office with a bunch of orders . They went through them and found mine . They then had to Pick my parts.... finally at 430 i got my parts
The overall experience was disappointing.
Maybe link your web orders with the office so they have visibility . Fire the guy at the front counter in the office , he was a prick! , didn't want to help , web orders wasn't his problem & doesn't want to adopt technology when it come to ordering

Your critique hasn't fallen on deaf ears.
Our internal processes have been overhauled in light of your experience, and all online orders are no longer outsourced but are now in house. that may correct that issue, but it still doesn't correct the "attitude" that was displayed. That matter will be dealt with internally. Again, I apologise and thank you for taking the time out of your day to point this out, that was greatly appreciated. Thank you
