Definitely work but not for long

Definitely work but not for long. Like with a lot of products you have to read the fine print. It signs you up for a subscription. It does state that it does but you have to read it. Most people just check the “term and conditions” but never read them.

DO NOT BUY! No customer service at all

I bought the sample pack through the shop app and was signed up for a subscription I DID NOT want. I contacted them when I saw I was being charged and my order was being sent to the warehouse, but I got no reply. The order was shipped out, however I've tried to contact them multiple times for a return but only got the response that my order has been delivered.

Satisfaction Guarantee? Not Honored.

I ordered a sample on August 6, 2025 and was automatically enrolled into a subscription I did not knowingly agree to. A reminder email was apparently sent but went straight to my spam folder, so I never saw it. By August 21, 2025, my card was already charged again.

The company advertises a “satisfaction guarantee,” but I didn’t want the product and no refund has been offered. This feels misleading and predatory, especially for people who may be more vulnerable to missing hidden subscription terms.

Their online presence also raises questions: despite having over 11k followers on Facebook, most posts only get a handful of likes, which doesn’t seem consistent with genuine engagement.

Consumers beware — check carefully before you order, and be aware you may be locked into ongoing charges without realizing it.

Ordered a sample pack

Ordered a sample pack. There was no
mention of it being a subscription until 2 weeks later I saw a charge on my card. I was unable to cancel the order and get my money back. There is also no way to unsubscribe without sending an email to them. Very frustrating and gives me 0 trust in the product if they are willing to engage in such predatory sales tactics.

I ordered a sample pack and they sold me the whole months worth of 125.00 as soon as I saw that I explained to my bank what happened literally after two days after making the shippment order it's like as soon as they got my card they charged me.... Makes me not wanna try there product either .... Should i?

The crooks took $39.00 and no products and have refused to refund it .Considering Class action

I have been charged for two sample orders and I monthly order have not received anythin.They claim that the sample orders have been delivered but cannot tell me where they were delivered. They tell me that the Monthly shipment is "in transit" and was shipped on June 1. They could have sent it via bicycle or via ocean freight. and it would be here. They owe me $39.OO and I have left voice mails and e mails and have never been called back.
I am considering a class action suit as many of us have been F'ed over by these bandits. Would anyone else want to participate? We should all get our money back with much more in penalty due to their greed. Please send me your story and how much these F'ers owe you. This will not cost us anything up front if we can show that many of us have been extorted. Please send me a description of your problems with them.

ordered a trial on July 6th

ordered a trial on July 6th; showed up on 7/26; from within the same state I live in-- plus they charged me $121 BEFORE I could use it. Total scam, and threatens to add a restocking fee of $10 if I want to send it back. I submitted a complaint to the BBB.

Do not purchase.

I ordered a sample pack that never came, got signed up for a subscription unknowingly, got a months worth of product charged to my card, couldn’t get a refund. Fine but I never received the product I paid for as well as I paid for the sample pack. Does not respond to emails. Very disappointed in the lack of customer support.

They claim to have a results from the…

They claim to have a results from the first pill guarantee but they won't refund an open bottle. Make that make sense. This stuff is snake oil. This feels like 12 cups of coffee I felt jittery and anxious and couldn't get anything done which is the exact opposite of what I was trying to accomplish.

I would prefer to give 0 stars. ⚠️⚠️WARNING⚠️⚠️ Do NOT get scammed into the ‘free samples’ F’ing Focus offers. I requested the ‘free samples’, paid the small shipping fee. I was excited to try this product, since I struggle with severe ADHD and the reviews were phenomenal. I NEVER received the samples, so I was unaware the business would be charging me $185.95 for multiple products that I wasn’t even able to sample to see if I even wanted to purchase. I contacted the company Via phone (I had to google search the phone number and no one returned my call), left messages, emailed multiple times, and then tried the online chat where I was informed a refund for the order ‘per their policy’ was not eligible because it was a subscription. I was unaware of the subscription. This company is absolutely ridiculous and should reevaluate their product sales approach instead of deceiving potential customers into this scam! I do not recommend trying to get ‘free samples’ from this company and I do not recommend spending a dime on a product that the business is not fully transparent. F’ing Focus you should be ashamed of your business practices. I will be sure to share this information to help save someone else from being tricked into spending money.

Company attitude: Sorry ‘boutcha but that’s our money now

***Buyer beware***
Free trial enrolls you automatically into a subscription (who does that?), your free trial bottle will likely arrive late leaving you unprepared to decide if you like this product but now you’re automatically subscribed. Upon finding a subscription charge you weren’t expecting, you immediately will send a barrage of emails to cancel this hidden subscription and demand a refund. The cancellation likely will granted but the refund-that money is gone. The product they’re now shipping you? Well, that cannot be returned or refunded either because “it’s a recurring purchase” (says Wilson via email)…and by the way…sorry ‘boutcha…it’s not their concern. Never on the customer’s side, no concern about your happiness with them or satisfaction in resolving an issue. Additionally, you’ll probably pay a restocking fee even if they accepted the product back into inventory.
This is the worst free trial I’ve ever had. I didn’t even open the boxes…threw them immediately in the trash. Good riddance.

Stole credit card information and made purchases without consent

Predatory company. They steal credit card information and make additional purchases without your permission.Complete scam. They tell you you’re getting a free bottle and you just pay five dollars shipping and next to the offer. You see a huge bottle of pills +2 vials that have more pills. You automatically think they’re so confident in their product that they’re willing to send you that for free because their product is supposedly good. What arrives in the mail is one vial with four pills as if that’s enough to even be able to tell if a supplement works. First of all, didn’t even feel it at all. Already was upset and then I see a couple weeks later that there’s another bottle on the way. In the very fine print, it says that if you get the sample, they’re automatically going to charge you unless you cancel so first you get ripped off for five bucks and then next thing you know you’ve paid another $30 or whatever it cost for whatever you’ve chosen. Then it’s hard to cancel. Supposedly they’ll refund but then you gotta go through the hassle of sending the bottle back. personally, this hit me really hard because my bank was already overdrawn and I was living off of credit cards and such and being careful not to take money out of my account and then I get charged a $30 overdraft fee because I’m still using Stupid bank with ridiculous policies. I should write a review of Chase bank too because they suck as well. Their supplements don’t work and they rip people off so do your research and order stuff from somewhere else. What they’re using is a very beautiful façade in order to pull people in and rip them off. Very clever tactics but if we all work together, we can take them down.

Well- it doesn't matter if the product is good, if they don't ship it to you. and then charge you for a new subscription only 12 days after your first order, remember the first hasn't arrived yet. no one will answer the calls or emails or even the chat.. feeling like maybe this isn't a good company, which is unfortuante, since the product sample i recevied was pretty good..... REALLY DISSAPPOINTED

This product made my head hurt

This product made my head hurt. And this company shipped it out late so I couldn't just do the "free sample". By the time I recieved my item, they had already charged me for the full package. I asked customer service to help cancel or refund the order and they said no. They do not offer refunds according to thier terms and conditions.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will be posting this review on Google, and several other websites they're marketing on. I will also be filing a chargeback. I suggest you do the same. Oh and they use "judge.me" for their reviews that allows them to hide negatives, so be careful!

We need to sue this company

'Fing Supplements' has stolen $90+ from us so far. And it seems they've done this to a lot of people through their false advertisements, shady business practices and fraud. A class action lawsuit should be filed against this company. They need to be held accountable for the thousands of dollars they have stolen from consumers through forced subscription services.

do not order the sample unless you want to sign up for a subscription. It was not clearly seen that i was signing up for a subscription when ordering the free sample through their facebook add. I am not able to take them due to interactions. I reached out to the company, which was not easy to find since there is no contact us option and the email is redacted from the terms and conditions. I reached out and asked to be able to return the unopened product to where they said reoccurring orders cannot be returned which is CRAZY. Literally just take it back and resell it. But nope, bad customer service and bad policy. I am a 100% disabled veteran and will let other veterans know in my circle that may have benefit from it to look at other marketed brands instead

Do not order a sample

Do not order a sample. They sign you up for a subscription and steal your money. Says free trial is for samples they gave out, will not give money back!!!!!! No phone number to call!!!! Doesn’t respond to emails. I’m filing fraud charges!!!!!! You order sample and they don’t send them all to you but steal your money for a subscription for it, that’s fraud!!!!!
I’m reporting them to the government, ReportFraud.ftc.gov , hopefully everyone else reports them there.
