Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Encountered
Great product, horrible customer service. Their customer service is so bad I’ve decided to seek products from a more ethical company without predatory practices and with decent human beings in customer service.
Terrible company
Terrible company. Told me they could send me a 'free sample' so I could try the product before committing to purchasing a full bottle, to see if it even worked. Of course I paid around $5 for shipping, and it turned out that the sample was literally only 2 days of supplements (4 capsules).
Well, then I get a notice around 2 weeks later that my product has been shipped. What product? They had auto-subscribed me for full-sized bottles without me requesting that. I got in touch with them and they said they don't issue refunds for products. So, I did cancel the subscription I never requested, but they will not refund me for the bottle that is evidently on its way to me. No option to return.
I feel like they tricked me. I believe what they did was low and sneaky. Why would anyone request a sample to see if a product works for them, and sign up for a subscription of that product at the same time without ever trying it first?

After requesting “free” samples a week before, I then noticed the money charge to my account. I made several attempts to contact the company to cancel the order and requested a refund. Nothing until days later when they said that the order was on its way and it’s too late. F-ing SCAM!!!

I tried it today and it works pretty good at helping with wakefulness and focus but I got a bad headache on one side of my head that freaked me out so I'm going to give the rest of the sample to my boyfriend 👍

I thought I was ordering free samples, with no announcement that they are signing you up for a monthly subscription! I only received half of the samples I ordered, and so when I received the email I was being charged $158 for full supplies of every item they offered, I didn't even realize I never got to try them, as I was furious at the bait and switch tactic they use to steal your hard earned money. They say just pay shipping and handling, not sign up for a monthly subscription? How can this be legal?

Terrible fraudulent company. Do not sign up for "free sample". It will automatically put you in a subscription that you can't cancel. It will allow you to go on website and it's acts like it will but then when you go back on the page you are subscribed again. They charge 4.99 for free samples and then immediately over 100 dollars for full size and their products are garbage. There is no telling what are in their products because they aren't honest about anything. Customer service is an absolute joke with no solution.

Alright, before I start telling this story, I gotta tell you: I'm not an idiot. I can read. I know free samples very often come with strings attached. I'm telling you - this company straight up lies.
I ordered 3 different free samples because the products sounded really great. I try to be really diligent about making a decision on free trials before they run out so I don't get a surprise charge on my card. So I literally made a calendar reminder for 21 days, to remind myself to either cancel or budget for renewal.
Even the best plans go up in smoke when a company is deceptive.
2 weeks after my order I was horrified to see an $80+ charge hit my account for F'ing Focus. Turns out my 3 samples all renewed for full sizes! I immediately email their "help" department to ask for a refund. I then cancel my subscriptions.
I figured they'd be gracious, since most companies these days provide excellent customer service. I was not correct.
It took them 3 days to respond, and I got a pretty condescending response that seemed to insinuate that I couldn't read.
Quote from email (in part):
"So, here's the deal with our samples: after 14 days, they turn into a subscription. We make sure to mention this on the sample product page, in the shopping cart, at checkout, and in a bunch of other spots too.
In your case, it looks like you bought a sample but didn't update your subscriptions before the renewal order was processed. So, unfortunately, the subscription went through and we weren't able to stop it.
I totally get how frustrating that can be, but once the carrier has the package, there's not much we can do to change its status. We're always here to help if you have any other questions or concerns though, so don't hesitate to reach out!"
So I went to look at the website AND my receipt.
I wish I could submit screenshots to this review, but go look for yourself (unless they've changed it by now). It says "26 days" everywhere that the customer service rep told me it says "14 days" - on the free sample product pages, in your shopping cart when you have free samples in it, and even on your receipt after you order the samples.
I did find 2 spots on the site where the 14-day trial period is disclosed. However they were NOT front and center. One of them is in the very bottom menu of the website: a place virtually nobody thinks to look, especially when you see "Delivery every 26 days" plastered across their samples, shopping cart, etc. You'd trust the 26 days claim in that case, right?
I give up on trying to get a refund.
I told them they need to update their website, so that nobody else gets fooled by this.
The sad thing is, they'd probably actually get return customers if they didn't have strings attached to their free samples. You'd be surprised how many people want a healthy & affordable alternative to adderall/vyvanse.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I placed an order on 12/3 and received email confirmation on 12/4 with shipping confirmation. They said that shipping is 2-3 days (just for context, I live 100 miles south of this company/the warehouse). I checked the tracking a few days later and it hadn't changed. I checked the next day with the same results. I tried to "chat" with them from their website, but there is a message about how they "may be busy and will get back to you via email" (why have the chat option?). I also sent an email asking about my $100 order. I have emailed or messaged them no less than a dozen times and each time they DO NOT answer any of my questions and I get a auto-type message. A week after my order was "shipped", I got an email saying since they have been so busy, my product(s) are in production and will be mailed out 12/16...two weeks after I ordered and was told they were shipped out and given a bogus tracking. I am SO over messaging them and getting BS automatic messages that don't answer any of my questions. I opened a dispute with my card last night. Even though I have a message from them saying my subscription is canceled, after reading the other reviews, I think I should cancel my card because I am sure they are going to pull some shady nonsense and charge my card (and not send anything!). It is now over two weeks after placing my order and the tracking STILL has not changed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Same story as everyone else here. Ordered free samples and then was hit with a surprise $100 charge for supplements I didn’t order. They told me they won’t refund me since it’s not my first order. My first order was the free samples, I guess. I don’t even have an account with them and yet they charged my card anyways. I’m trying to get my money back. Do not order from them!!

I bought this company products and requested also “free samples” I made sure to change my subscription to February. To my suspense they processed a second order in my account for almost $150 without notifying me and when I contacted them they say there is nothing they can do. But supposedly they have a money back guarantee and when you ask to return the items they say you can’t because it’s not your first order. Thieves!!! And their products must be some kind of crap since I have been experiencing nauseas every time I took them. DO NOT BIY THIS CRAP!! There are better products that really do what they claim to do, these are pure crap. Stay away from this brand.
