Fire Risk Assessment (Scotland) Ltd Opiniões

TITLE: PICK PAUL THE PROFESSIONAL !

Working with Paul Nelis recently was an absolutely delight! I had to go through the very stressful and costly process of EWS1 certification. Not only was Paul's fees reasonable, but he did not expect payment if he was unable to sign off on the EWS1 form.

Paul explained the process to me to alleviate some of the stress of uncertainty. He was able to meet the time urgency required and has the Professional Insurance Indemnity that lenders look for in accepting the EWS1 form. Paul was professional, timely, and showed a true sense of care during the process as well as after, offering follow-up assistance if needed. He has shown me that he understands, meets, and truly cares about the needs of his clients.

A man of integrity, reliability, and timeliness Paul is a shining star in an industry still filled with much uncertainty.

I recommend Paul Nelis / Fire Risk Assessment Ltd to anyone who has to do the EWS1 certification. You will without a doubt be pleased !

Paul was so helpful in helping me get EWS1 paperwork. I was surprised show quick the process was. Excellent work!

Paul Nelis provides an excellent service. Very professional and efficient. Customer service first class and good communication. I had the EWS1 certificate the day after the inspection was carried out. Without a doubt I can highly recommend Fire Risk Assessment (Scotland) Ltd.

Excellent service at a more reasonable price than quoted by others in the sector. Documents e-mailed with 24 hours of the inspection.

A very efficient and helpful company that I would certainly use again.

Paul produced my EWS1 form professionally, extremely quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price. Unlike the price quoted by Diamond and Co.
After receiving his certificate my property sold within a few weeks. Thank you very much for your help.

Great service by Fire Risk Assessment. Had used them before for an EWS1 certificate and found them both professional and excellent. Returned to them again in respect of another property and they provided the same professional service with the certificate being produced on time without any delay-
a really professional service.

Paul at Fire Risk Assessment was absoultely fantastic. He was increadibly generous with his time, information and helpfulness in sorting out a problematic EWS1 form that I required to sell my property.

Throughout the stressfulness of a move Paul was the only one professional individual that I dealt with who didn't seem to want to try and grab as much money out of me as possible.

Professional but also friendly and approachable.

Can't recommend highly enough. Need a EWS1 form? Paul's your man!
