Fire Risk Assessment (Scotland) Ltd Opiniões

Paul provides a great service with prompt responses to all queries. I will be recommending him to anyone requiring an EWS1 form.

As per instructions from Lenders, we had to obtain inspection report EWS1.
I was introduced to Paul and his Fire Risk Assessment company. Very professional from A to Z, serious company. After exchanging a couple of emails, the date for inspection was set and inspection was performed. Received the inspection report and EWS1 form, from Paul and his company through email. Lenders has accepted the inspection report and we are happy that we picked up right person and company for this important job.

I can only say that the whole experience has been absolutely fantastic and stress free.
Thank you Paul and Linsey.

I engaged with Fire Risk Assessment (Scotland) Ltd to get an ESW1 form following home report comments. FRAS service was excellent and very prompt, exactly what is needed in the busyness of selling a property.

The EWS process was challenging for our particular building and Paul was able to provide the necessary skill and expertise to satisfy the requirements.

Great service - needed an ESW1 quickly, and Paul did it, despite being very busy.

Paul was exceptionally responsive. Always quick to reply and act. This whole EWS1 requirement has been a headache and frustration, so this was at least refreshing to have someone who made things simple and efficient.

He was also fair. As he had done a review on our block of flats already for another client he offered a lower cost due to less work being required. I wouldn't have known this was an option but he volunteered the proposition, so it became obvious who to go for my EWS1.

I respect integrity & fairness and he showed it with this action, so I would recommend him to others.

First class service and communication from Paul and his team, would highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Paul responded quickly, gave concise information and set expectations clearly.
Really easy to deal with and alot more cost effective than other quotes.
Really impressed!

Great service and speedy delivery of certificate.

Really anxious time trying to arrange an ESW1. Fire Risk Assessment (Scotland) Ltd helped greatly and provided a brilliant service and advice .

Fantastic experience. The requisite EWS1 Form and all supporting documentation was provided in an extremely timely manner, with no hassle. I would highly recommend!

I required to have my property assessed in lieu of the new requirements for obtaining an EWS1 form.
Having been introduced to Paul, I can only say that the whole experience has been absolutely fantastic and stress free.
His punctuality and professionalism has been second to none.

At a very late stage in the process of selling my flat, my buyers lender requested an EWS1 to proceed. I had paid reservation fees and extras towards a new build property on the basis that the flat had sold and this was all at risk. This was an extremely stressful situation and research showed it could take up to 42 months to obtain the certificate. Paul made it so stress free and inspected the building within 48 hours of me contacting him, the certificate followed within two days following this and all is going ahead as planned. I would massively recommend this company to anyone going through the same situation!

Very quick and easy to get your ESW1 form and also very helpful if more wording/documentation is required 👍

Very quick, friendly and professional to deal with. Got the EWS1 forms sent over within a day of payment. Highly recommended.

Seemless service with a very quick turnaround to queries and had the EWS1 within the week. Thanks Paul

Thank you Paul and Linsey. Despite the fact that you are extremely busy, you communicated throughout and kept us informed about the progress of EWS1 certificate. We got the documents and forwarded them to the buyer to give to their mortgage provider. Efficient and friendly throughout. Many thanks.

Could not have gotten a better service. Good communication throughout and they managed to fit me in for an EWS 1 report at quick notice. I couldn't recommend them enough.
Thanks for all your help!

I got great advice and swift help to get this EWS1 done so now I can sell my flat with no more hitches. I certainly will recommend Paul’s company to others that need that service

The service Paul provided was quick and very efficient!
