All of the 4 now Network wireless and firewalls seem to be out of business. There websites now have cloudflare errors and they don't reply to emails about pending orders. BEWARE

These guys are hard to reach via…
This company can be very hard to reach via telephone and/or chat when you need to follow up on the status of an order.
Have been promised several times now that we would be sent the SonicWall licence key which was ordered weeks ago and fully paid for.
However we are still waiting to receive.
Very disappointing considering we had used them before but starting to doubt trust in their ability as a supplier on renewals.

The team were really helpful quoting and requoting as we needed till the solution was right. They let me know what was in stock and what would be delayed so we didn't have any surprises. Pricing has been good too, was definitely worth reaching out to organise things.

I ordered a Fortigate and rackmount.it kit. Even though I clumsily selected a kit that was not in stock, and I was happy to wait until one came available, Renee was able to offer me a compatible alternative at no extra cost and had it shipped straight away. Very happy, will purchase from here again.

Thank you for your feedback. As per our phone conversation this morning, we do apologize for the hiccup with this order.
There are some cases where it becomes tricky to purchase products that are coming to end of life. In this instance, we had to purchase three 1 year licenses instead of one 3 year license. Fortinet read this as one 1 year license and unfortunately only supplied one.
We are working to correct this issue with Fortinet now.
We appreciate your patience.
