Amazing turnaround time and support
Impressive support, requested a quote for a few items online and within an hour had the quote generated. Even though the items I was after were not available in any other stores in Australia, they miraculously sourced them for me and I received them in less than 4 business days.

Exactly the product I needed at a competitive price
Exactly the product I needed, at a very competitive price. The only issue I had was a confusing process of Firewalls4Now and the vendor supplying the license, which resulted in various status updates from a warehouse (which in itself is confusing, as a license is not a physical item). The license was eventually fulfilled without any further status update from the warehouse, but by appearing suddenly in the license portal. Despite this confusion, I would still definitely buy again from Firewalls4Now.
EDIT: the pro-activeness of the reply by Paul and the honesty is good to see, as it suggests the business is keen to listen to customers and improve systems & services where necessary. For this reason, I will uprate this review as it is rare to see such responsiveness. Keep up the good work, and work the kinks out of the process and notifications (e.g. shipping charges on a virtual license?).

Hi, Thank you so much for your honest review. I am really sorry for the confusion on this one. Sophos did not issue the license to us in a timely way, but did apply it to your account. As a result we never sent you out the license, which is our mistake.
I am really sorry for this and the confusion of the different emails. We are working to make the issue of licenses more streamline and the updates more useful.

Great site, but only accept unopened returns
Great site, but no product reviews. Return policy is unopened products only, unless faulty . TP-Link also do not refund. Avoid AC750 WIFI, not fit for purpose. Bad products are not faulty.

Polite and helpful staff
Their staff were polite and helped me explore the options available to us for renewing our firewall licensing. They were a bit slow to respond and quoted an incorrect price initially due to a computer error, otherwise I'd have given them 5 stars.
