Don’t purchase from Firstcry App

I ordered a product from FirstCry, but it was not delivered on time. After more than a week, the delivery person called and asked me to share the OTP. He only asked for the OTP and did not deliver the product. Later, I raised a complaint stating that I had not received the item.
However, when I was contacted by FirstCry’s customer service, they informed me that since I had shared the OTP and the status shows the product as delivered, I need to contact the delivery person directly. They said they were unable to help further.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. This is not the first time I have experienced delayed delivery — and by delay, I mean more than 10 days. Overall, I have had a very poor experience, and I would not recommend purchasing from FirstCry.

I had a bad experience from this app , its completely useless , I ordered seba med shampoo and they delivered soothing wipes . There is no respect when we call to there service center and now they just cancellation my request telling there is no proof !!! Recommending everyone not to use this app its cheap

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service & Refund Experience

My experience with FirstCry has been shocking and extremely disappointing. The delivery agent picked up my product, yet later I was told that the item was “not picked up.” This is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the delivery person asked for extra money, which is highly unprofessional and suspicious.

Customer service is equally disappointing. Calls are not answered properly, and when they do respond, no real help is provided. Instead of resolving the issue, they put the burden on the customer and ask for CCTV footage and investigation from our side. It feels like they are trying to avoid giving refunds rather than solving genuine problems.

I feel cheated and mentally harassed. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very careful before shopping here.

Delivery experience with Firstcry

Every time I place an order on FirstCry, I face delivery issues due to their delivery partner, XpressBees. This has been happening consistently for the past six months.

Last month, after I left a review on the 30th, my product was delivered only then. This time, I placed the order again within 5 days, hoping to receive it earlier, but the same issue continues—the order is still not delivered.

Each time, the delivery is delayed with fake or incorrect reasons. Sometimes, unless the order is cancelled, the product is not delivered at all. This time, I even received a message stating that delivery was scheduled. When I called the delivery person, he said he would check and deliver the product. However, the very next day, the status was again updated with a false reason saying the pincode is incorrect, which is not true.

I am extremely fed up with this repeated poor delivery experience. I have personally requested FirstCry multiple times to change their delivery partner, but the issue still remains unresolved.

I hope FirstCry takes this seriously and improves its delivery service, as this ongoing problem is very disappointing for a regular customer. This 1-star rating is purely for the delivery experience.

I ordered wet wipes pack of 2 for my…

I ordered wet wipes pack of 2 for my son on 1st January. The delivery was done on 2nd January but I found that inside the carton there was only 1pc. I raised a concern and attached all the images. On 5th they accepted the concern and agreed to return the item. On 6th the courier person came and rejected the return because he was asked to collect pack of 2 as per some email from firstcry. The complaint was that I didn’t get the pack of 2 and this person is coming to collect both. He said I’ll have to inform firstcry. I called and spoke to an agent. She told that she has mentioned the issue and it will be collected immediately. Today I checked the app and found out that the concern has been closed. The communication is so bad and they just closed the issue without resolving it. I had also informed the agent that I don’t need a refund. Just to deliver the piece I haven’t received or replace it. I’ve been using firstcry since more than 2 years and this is how they treat their customers.

Fake Customer Service, No Support

Don’t buy anything from firstcry… they don’t bother about babies values & their comfort… their policies have no meaning. Their return/ replacement policy is fake. Dont trust guys. I am putting this review just to aware your guys . Firstcry app is useless.

Never buy from first cry

I have ordered this product and it was not fit to my daughter. I made a return request. Delivery partner has picked up the product and product was given to quality check. QC team rejected the return by saying it is without tag and this was informed to me on first cry app in my order id . After that I asked to return my product back. They have not returned me the product, neither giving me a refund for this. They are fraud. It’s a request to all first cry members do not buy anything from them.

Even first cry support is not helping me in resolving this issue. They are saying unapologetically that they can’t do anything in this matter. It is shameful for big brand like FIRST CRY that they are unable to resolve their customer issue. They are demeaning their brand value.

And from now onwards I will never buy anything from FIRST CRY.

“Unacceptable Delay After Delivering Wrong Product”

I ordered a baby rocker on 1st November 2025 from FirstCry.com and received the delivery on 6th November 2025. The product delivered was completely incorrect, which clearly amounts to deficiency of service.

Despite raising the issue immediately, FirstCry took nearly 15 days just to “confirm” their own mistake, which itself shows serious negligence and lack of proper grievance handling.

Even after accepting that the wrong product was delivered, the company has failed to resolve the matter till date. Today is 20th December 2025, meaning more than 45 days have passed, and the issue remains unresolved. Replacement was promised, but the process has been endlessly delayed without proper justification.

This level of delay and indifference, especially for a baby-related product, is unacceptable and may be construed as an unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

I strongly regret purchasing from FirstCry and do not recommend this platform to any parent. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be compelled to pursue legal remedies and escalate the issue to the Consumer Court and relevant authorities.

I ordered shoes for my baby from FirstCry, but the size was much bigger than expected. The product is unused, yet customer care did not provide any proper help for return or exchange. Very disappointing experience, especially when buying items for babies. Customer support needs serious improvement.
