“मैंने FirstCry प्लेटफ़ॉर्म से Tushti Fingertip Pulse Oximeter ऑर्डर किया था (Order Date: 12-12-2025, Invoice Date: 13-12-2025, Received Date: 18-12-2025)। मुझे जो प्रोडक्ट मिला है उसकी Manufacturing Date 05-2021 है, यानी यह 4–5 साल पुराना स्टॉक है। किसी भी मेडिकल डिवाइस के लिए इतना पुराना प्रोडक्ट देना पूरी तरह अस्वीकार्य और स्वास्थ्य के लिए जोखिम भरा है।
इसके अलावा ऐप में return option काम नहीं कर रहा है, ‘Next/Send’ बटन रिस्पॉन्ड नहीं करता, जिससे मैं return request submit ही नहीं कर पा रही हूँ। मैंने कई बार कोशिश की लेकिन कोई समाधान नहीं मिला।
मैं स्पष्ट रूप से नया (recent manufacturing) replacement या पूरा refund चाहती हूँ। यदि इस मामले में तुरंत और संतोषजनक कार्रवाई नहीं की गई, तो मैं Consumer Forum में औपचारिक शिकायत दर्ज करूँगी।”

Worst customer service ever

I had purchased a hoodie for my son from firstcry, the product was small for him so I raised a return request. The delivery person came to pick the product and told my maid he is here to pick the dress. I also had a dress I had purchased for myself from another company pending for return. This person had no photo or name of the product he was here to pickup hence as he asked for the dress my maid handed him the dress from another company. I got a refund saying the product is picked up. 30 minutes later, I realized what had happened and called the delivery guy, he said he will return the product in the evening or next day. He then shipped it off to firstcry.
When I raised a complaint with their support, their only intention was to get their product which they asked me to courier to them and go to their warehouse 50 km away to pickup my dress.
A company that runs on online delivery telling me that they cannot ship my product to me nor they can arrange for the pickup of their own product even when I offered to pay. When I told them it was not possible for me to go the warehouse, they told me that I should send their product to them and once it reaches them, they will look into what happens to the dress i gave them. The are only concerned about their own product and have no intention of returning mine. I asked them to keep it and I will keep their product. Such a ridiculous customer care.
Never ordering anything from them again.

I purchased Babyhug diaper from First…

I purchased Babyhug diaper from First cry Shop Hinoo, Ranchi, Jharkhand. By mistake I purchased small size .After 10 min I went to exchange the size but they would not accepted it. l made cash payment. I left the pack of 84 diaper and bill there. I didn't expect the behaviour like that.

Fraudulent, Dishonest and misleading Customer service

My experience with FirstCry has been absolutely horrible and frustrating. This is, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

I ordered a Babyhug stroller, and the delivery person lied and forcefully delivered the product, even taking payment for an item I was not supposed to receive at that time. When I tried to return it, their customer support was completely useless.

I spoke to multiple agents, and every single one of them gave false promises and contradictory information. In many calls, I was told that I could return the product. But on calling again, they completely denied their own commitments. At one point, an agent even said that they would replace the item first and then I could return it — but when I contacted them later, they completely discarded that statement and hid behind “policy.” It was extremely dishonest and misleading.

They closed my case without any notice. After reopening it, they kept asking for “more days” only to eventually say that nothing could be done.

Their service is dishonest, unprofessional, and manipulative. It is shocking that a company selling baby products can operate with such irresponsible and unethical practices. Their agents are either poorly trained or intentionally misleading customers.

This was my first and last experience with FirstCry. I will never purchase from them again and will warn other also. They are dishonet, fraudulent, and have zero respect for customers.

FirstCry should be ashamed of the way they treat their customers. Their support system is a complete disgrace — full of lies, delays, and false assurances.

Robbing money from parents

I placed Exchange request pn firstcry on 19 Oct, item picked on 20 Oct, but your courier partner never updated the pickup.

After 7–8 follow-ups via call/email, I’m still hearing the same excuse: “we’re checking with the warehouse.” I even shared the pickup OTP.

This is the second time this has happened.
I’m done with FirstCry — never buying from you again, and I’ll make sure others know how unreliable your service is.

Bad service

Ordered a toy for little one for his birthday.
But nobody contacted or no notification for delivery.
very bad experience. Customer care confirmed that it will not be delivered.So i canceled the order.

Useless efforts with customer service

I enjoyed using First Cry for a little while upon moving to India but then had an issue where a table I ordered for my son was shown as delivered but I didn’t have it. After nearly 2 months and probably 8 phone calls with them asking for some resolution I had to drop the matter. Every time they would tell me they were looking into and the senior specialists told me they were handling it, and there was never any progress. Hate to give more money to Amazon but I’m frustrated they couldn’t resolve this issue for a pretty frequent customer so I won’t be using them if I can avoid it.

Incomplete product sent and not ready to refund

They sent the tricycle (I ordered next day delivery for my nieces birthday) with missing part and now says the product can only be replaced once it is pickup. The estimated wait time for pickup is 4-5 working days and only after pickup will they dispatch the new product which means 2 weeks of wait with no guarantee that the new product will have the missing part. And when I request for a refund that I don’t want the product as 2 weeks is a long wait and I will be out of country, they are saying it’s non refundable product. It’s a tricycle not underwear that it is non refundable. And they have no policy in place to refund if they send the wrong or missing product items. Horrible customer service. This company just cares about their profit and not customer satisfaction.

# automated AI attendant who is not programmed to handle all queries
# no live customer service agent facility exists
# when writing for "help" against [incompleted items received ] in order, for example, the app and website is so designed, that "it shows next/ submit" Tab as "inactive" - so u cant write to reach their team
# they have a 4-5 day return or exchange deadline, which is of no use as u cant reach customer service or fill in missing item details as mentioned above

I am having first cry club…

I am having first cry club membership...seriously first cry is very irresponsible. I had raised the request on 21 October 2025 regarding the wrong item received but still the request is pending as they promise it will be resolve by 24 to 48 hours but no response from their side.My order ID is 34507151KSJBEA0C88. Very Bad Delivery Experience

Very Bad Delivery Experience – Too Much Delay
I placed an order on 27th September, and today is 14 th October, but I still haven’t received the product. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when shopping for kids' essentials. No proper updates, and the customer service is not helpful. Very disappointed with FirstCry’s service this time.

FirstCry Delivery Nightmare – Paid but Not Received

I ordered Cetaphil Baby Wash and Shampoo from FirstCry on 12th October and paid online, but I still haven’t received it. Shockingly, the order status shows “Delivered”, updated yesterday at 10:15 PM, even though I was at home playing with my kid at that time and no one came to deliver.

Trying to get help has been extremely frustrating. FirstCry’s support only connects you to an AI bot — no human responds, and I haven’t received any email updates regarding my order.

FirstCry is usually reliable, but this experience shows that delivery issues and lack of real customer support can happen. I hope sharing this helps others stay cautious and pushes FirstCry to improve support for paid orders.

Wrong quantity & Inefficient Customer Care

Request all concerned not to buy any product online.
I requested for only one product, but they sent 4 products charged for the same. Without checking the detail, I paid the wrong amount. After complaining about the same, there is no revert from customer care. The product Baby brush & Comb combo is also non- refundable. They lost a very good customer.
