Great service in store and Greg and Steve who made the delivery and installation were lovely. Polite, courteous and efficient and took great care to protect the doorway and floor.

I am extremely pleased with the service and kindness of the team
I am extremely pleased with the delivery of my table and chair set.
The delivery was made exactly at the time I was told, which was fantastic. I was especially impressed that the delivery team laid mats on the floor to make sure my flooring was protected from any damage. This was such a thoughtful and professional touch.
They also took all the rubbish and packaging away with them, leaving everything clean and tidy. The delivery crew were very kind, polite, and professional throughout. I am very, very pleased with the service and would like to say a big thank you to the delivery team. They did an excellent job, and I really appreciate the care they took.

The delivery team were very professional amd polite. They made sure to cover the floors before bringing the furniture in and also helped move our existing sofa to the adjoining room. Very please with the service from Desmond at Fishpools. Thank you

Delivered & signed off there were no defects of a
£ 2500 mattress , Mattress has huge dip on outer edge along with tuffs loose!
I will think twice in future, this has left a very bad taste, i am a good customer of Fishpools having bought large sofas

I have always loved Fishpool’s. I have spent thousands there. The service is top notch. The Delivery guys kept me informed and they turned up on time. They tidied up and took all the packaging with them.

Malcolm and Keane, the delivery guys, were very professional, polite and tidy. They phoned in advance and were here before their allotted timeslot with my consent. Very quick at putting the furniture together. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Their standards of workmanship matched the standard you’d expect from a quality furniture store like Fishpools .
