I bought a dining table recently and Adrian Haywood was so knowledgeable, I ended up buying the coffee table and side table too, Adrian was just honest and helpful and not pushey. Both the delivery guys were amazing too.

First Time Customers…
Visited the store on Saturday to look at garden furniture. Adrian was extremely helpful, detailing how the furniture should be cared for and also the delivery service. We ended up purchasing what we came to look at and also used the lovely coffee shop inside. Everyone we encountered was very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely return should we need to make further home purchases, even though we live in Cornwall ! Looking forward to receiving our new garden furniture in a few weeks.

My wife and I were looking for two sofas
My wife and I were looking for two sofas and a dining table and chairs, after having downsized. Staff member, Adrian, was most helpful. He was straightforward, calm and clear. And he had the right balance of being available, but not overwhelming us.
We bought what we wanted, at a fair price. We were happy with the whole process.

Great experience from start to finish
From walking in store through to delivery the service at Fishpools was warm, honest and friendly. Adrian was very helpful and supportive in store to help me and my family find the right furniture for us. From point of ordering I was kept well informed of timings ahead of and on the day of delivery! Des and Paul did an excellent job and were extremely efficient. A smooth and easy experience all round

The delivery men put down carpet and wrapped the front door to ensure no scrapes or damage when delivering the sofa. They were polite and helpful.
