rattan garden table
Ordered rattan garden table, received it within 10 days as promised. Last year used Rattan Direct and they took payment and then made us wait 4 months before they delivered ! F&F were more expensive , but stayed in touch throughout and even arranged for the courier to ring one hour before delivery. First class service !!!

Great service and great prices
I spoke to Rob in early October when I was looking for a dining table as I already had my eye on one listed on the website which I bought. Only thing was when it arrived I had underestimated the amount of room I had, and it was too big. As I was quite close Rob went out of his way to replace the item and even recommended a similar dining suite that was a little bit cheaper, so thats now our every day table. Will definitely come back for any more furniture I need as its rare to get such a nice service nowadays.

Can't fault them
After a great deal of searching we eventually found the furniture we wanted at this web site. The service was great, including swift contact to tell us when the items would be available and then written confirmation of the delivery time from the manufacturer. The price was good and the furniture top quality. I have no hesitation recommending them to others.
