Delivery was not on correct day was late and then when it was supposed to be delivered they decided to come a day early

DO NOT USE!! Ordered a chest of drawers through Argos. Hasn’t arrived, customer service is non existent, just an automated phone message saying they don’t take calls!! Argos need to ditch them as “trusted sellers”. What an utter joke of a company. Getting a refund through the bank cause you won’t get one with them. DO NOT USE!!

I ordered the chest of drawers on the Tuesday and it was on the Wednesday
First class service

Very quick to arrive, my husband built it in half a day and the next day we took it round to my mum who it was for.The only thing he had to do was make the holes slightly bigger. Value for money.

trusted seller via Argos . . . . ordered a double bed and a box was missing, have been contacting repeatedly to return for the past 3 weeks, they provided an evri drop off label but the item is too big to take to a shop, have been emailing to arrange collection and being totally ignored, little to no customer service. avoid at all costs, how you can call this company a trusted seller, absolute joke.

Initially ordered 2 radiator covers . Promised next day delivery as per the b&q website . A few days later one appeared , contacted the company as tracking said both had been delivered , no joy . Their tracking said two were delivered: almost a week later the second one showed up . Too late so arranged a return ; Evri collected both of 8th August , still no refund ; many emails later and they won’t budge ; Evri are also useless and I’m unable to contact them ; I have emailed but I won’t hold my breath for a reply : shocking customer service from this mob tho . B&q’s trusted partner? They have said they cannot refund until they have them back despite showing proof they’ve been collected: Appalling service , no one is taking accountability for this fiasco . Ordered a wardrobe from Argos with 3 day delivery. 1 part come in 5 days, the other 2 parts have been delivered to someone called Dave on day 7. I don't know a Dave. No tracking proof provided and no response from DX, Home discount or Argos. AVOID.

We ordered a piece of furniture from this company through Argos and were told it would be delivered on 5th September. We’re still waiting!

The product is showing as ordered on the website, but it still hasn’t even been dispatched.

I contacted Argos, but unfortunately, I would give their customer service 1 out of 5 stars. They wouldn’t help because the product is being dealt with by their “trusted partner”, Home Discount Ltd.

I then contacted Home Discount Ltd, only to get a message saying that due to a high volume of calls, they are not dealing with phone calls and will only respond to messages. 0 out of 5 stars for customer service.

This whole experience has been extremely frustrating. We are still without our furniture, with no clear information about when it will actually be dispatched or delivered.

Unfortunately, I won’t be using Argos again if this is the level of service provided by the companies they choose to work with. Very disappointing and, quite frankly, a joke.

The customer service department must be AI or only able to follow exact questions, I received the same reply multiple times that didn't answer the question.
I ordered two items. One arrived on a day that wasn't agreed and was not there when I got home. The other was received.
I was asked to file a police report, only for the company to advise that they did everything that they could and I would not be getting a refund for the missing item.
I have been trying to return the item received for weeks now and have got no further.

It would be worth paying more and buying better elsewhere. The service you receive after you've placed the order is terrible.

Twice I bought a bed from this company (through Argos, as they were selling through it as a “trusted seller”) and twice I did not receive my item. Gave them plenty of time too. Terrible communication. First time, they said it had been “damaged in transit” so I gave them another chance and the second one after a week and a half had still not even been dispatched. Contacted the courier company and they said they hadn’t received it either. AVOID. Because they were going through another brand, I didn’t think to search for reviews and wish I had.

Never dealt with such an awful company. Bought a wardrobe on Argos which was with this company. Wardrobe didn't turn up for ages then got an email that it would come on the Friday, waited all day nothing showed , no tracking update. Rang and emailed finally spoke to someone who said it would come on the Wednesday, nothing showed and had no update, I rang again they then told me it was being returned. I'm now still waiting to be refunded and going to have to ring again to find out why they have not sent the refund through! No communication from them. So much stress for something that should be simple. AVOID!

I don't recommend them.
I bought a wardrobe... and they didn't deliver everything on the same day... I tried to talk to someone, but they were unfriendly...
They always blame the delivery companies... I'll never buy anything here again... Be very careful...
And still waiting for my missing box...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I ordered a double bed frame and within 8 weeks all the wooden slats have chipped and splintered. I’m now left with a broken bed that keeps falling through in the night causing me back pains and a lot of stress. I have been back and forth emailing customer services for a refund and they have told me it’s “general wear and tear”. I’m not sure about anyone else but I’ve never had a bed that’s only lasted me 2 months and then broken to I think their response and customer empathy is awful. I am now currently waiting for replacement slats for the bed but even with this I am not faithful the bed will stay in place so now I’m left having to be extra careful until I can afford a whole new bed from somewhere else. All in all I’ve lost £145 and many nights sleep from buying a bed from this company and therefore I suggest to avoid.

Great prices, delivered quickly and either free or for a small fee. Furniture seems sturdy for price paid.

Ordered 2 radiator covers. Arrived in a couple of days well packed and in perfect condition. Excellent Company. Will use again

Ordered a bed side table from the range, never came and never got an explanation to why. Instead they took a week to figure out that they had misplaced it and are just going to refund me the money but have been waiting for that as well. Poor customer service and didn’t even provide the option to send the product we initially wanted back out.

I received chest of drawers with wrongly manufactured parts. First they said they will send replacement, found it abandoned outside, no one even bothered to ring the bell and then some parts were still wrong meaning I could only assemble 3 out of 6 drawers. After few weeks and lots of juggling I finally received the refund

Do not buy from this company ..
I ordered some bedroom furniture via debenhams website .
It was to supposed to arrive on wednesday ...never came....i had to buy new furniture .....no one knew where it was .
I was advised if it turned up to refuse delivery which it did 5 days later .
The company still haven't processed refund and are charging me 14.99 for some delivery insurance which I never took out and keeping the 4.99 delivery charge ...
This company are terrible and debenhams should be ashamed of allowing this

Delivery man has stolen my item, taken a photo of my front door and another photo of my furniture in someone else’s garden. Communication is just repetitive via bots. No number to speak to a human. Would never order from here or the range ever again
