I ordered Montmorency Cherry tablets 2000mg on 11/10/26. Nothing has been delivered and there is no tracking information. Don’t order from this firm!!

No problems at all - ordered - delivered and using.

Once again, the carrier said it could not deliver my package and was returning it to Healthymood. This is the second time in a row that this has happened.

I emailed Healthymood five days ago and still have not heard back.

This product is changing my life, because of the quality sleep ive been having recently is phenomenal ✨️

produkt wäre gut und preiswert. leider hat trotz intensivem mail-austausch die lieferung nicht organisiert werden können (kein lager). ich habe ihnen mehrfach zeit gegeben und musste letztlich leider eine rückerstattung beantragen. was dann auch geklappt hat. was verwunderlich war, ist die tatsache dass das von mir bestellte und bezahlte produkt weiterhin online beworben wurde zur sofortigen lieferung, obwohl anscheinend gar keine bestände vorrätig waren. schade - qualität wäre anders

I did not receive all the products which were ordered and paid for. I made contact previously with your firm and was told that the products would be sent, but I still ahve not received them. Can someone please look into this and either send the products or make a refund?

I’ve been waiting for more than a month and still haven’t received my order. There has been no communication or updates regarding which courier will be handling the delivery. When I contacted customer support, they simply told me to check the local post office, and only then did they provide me with the name of the shipping company handling the shipment.
They also offered to send a new order with better tracking, but with fewer capsules as compensation for the upgraded tracking option.

If you’re in the EU, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. I can’t speak for customers in the UK, though.
