Essentially, all bookmakers are the same - they will not tolerate winners and will eventually restrict the accounts of winners and withdraw the ‘privileges’ enjoyed by customers that lose money to them. Fitzdares are the same, just marginally more tolerant than most of their industry peers.

No complaints on time taken to withdraw money though which makes a nice change. However, their odds are generally not competitive and the website is poorly designed and difficult to navigate.

AVOID THIS COMPANY there was a format change on a friendly , they DID NOT state this on the market for compliance reasons ( I work at a bookmakers ) we along with other company voided / payed winners on the format change to 2x30mins these DONT go elsewhere these are scum

Poor customer service team. Rigged games. I earned a recharge bonus every week and you can only play it on computerised games like Roulette and blackjack. They let you win first few rounds but then dealer starts getting 20 and 21 every time and you never win again. This happened every week. I complained so they suspended my account. Not once did they do an affordability check either. Not good for vulnerable customers.

As everyone else here, I absolutely loved it at first, quite personal approach, Private Office etc. After a while it became worse and worse. In the end after 1 years I was basically kicked out as I wanted to take my case to IBAS. I had good moments with them, loyalty bonus is interesting but once things go wrong there is no response whatsoever. Not recommending.

Have only been with Fitzdares for a few weeks and this is my honest and impartial review.......

Payouts are super quick (quicker than some of the other players in the market for sure), the account opening was easy, fluid and without fault - if they need documents, which they haven't requested so far, then fine. Nothing to hide, and ensures they get their license renewed!

The RTP on the slots (only thing I bet on) has been better than average IMO, okay yes you get some dry periods, but that's the wonders of gambling - chance and surprise.

I'm not a huge stake person, avg. £1-2.50 per spin, but I've had some good returns on 5 visits, break even, £100 loss, £55 gain, £80 loss and £1600 gain. You can't expect to win big every time, it's a game of chance.

For me, so far a great experience and would recommend Fitzdares. Other big casinos out there should take note, non payouts at weekends, delayed payouts on weekdays of 24-36 hours is just not cricket in this day and digital banking age.
