Fitzdares are a very efficient and simple to use system

Seems a legit site used before in the past and never had problems but after putting maximum limit stakes of £100 on a even odds football bet is frankly embarrassing for a bookies not wanting to risk losing £100. Won’t be using again.

In the middle of session of Mega Fire Blaze roulette already lost £345 with a balance of 55, they suspend my account, log me out and not allowed to cash out.

Fitzdares are excellent at settling bets quickly. I am able to place fairly large wagers on a regular basis and withdrawing cash is fast and efficient.
Overall, an excellent service.

I do find Fitzdares is a very fair casino app to play. I dont win every time but I do get some nice wins and the games are all up too date

Fitzdares has now closed my account. Seems I was spending to much and they deemed i couldn't afford it. This is probably the 3rd casino that's closed my account because tjey say I cant afford it. How dare they. I understand their responsibility to customers but I'm capable of making my own decisions. Fuming.

Have been a longtime customer of Fitzdares and it’s always my go to- they had a few problems with the switchover and I can’t say I’m still fully satisfied with the different provider but that said- the customer service, withdrawal times and limits are the best- you won’t find a more decent and reliable bookie in the game. Cheers lads.

Always great sports coverage with competitive pricing. Great customer service and 24 hour payouts are the norm. Definitely one to recommend!

Bit of a strange experience for me.

- Signed up on the 1st of this month. All good, nice and easy.
- Asked immediately to provide an ID and proof of address to verify me which is fine
- Uploaded my driving license and a bank statement, both on Fitzdares recommended list of acceptable documents
- Received an email shortly after telling me "Thanks for uploading your documentation, we have decided to close your account".

What? No reason. Just made me go through the hassle of signing up, giving them my personal data and then closing my account with no explanation?

It may be a stretch, but the only reason I can think of is that my UK driving license clearly shows I am a Romanian national and not a UK national, but as I reside in the UK (and have done for 15 years) this shouldn't be an issue.

I did immediately respond to the email to ask for an explanation, and even offered to provide them different documentation (such as my council tax bill) if they needed it, but they just ignored me and did not bother to reply.

Have given 2 stars instead of 1, purely because although I apparently won't be able to use this site, I do have a friend that uses it and never has issues with deposits / withdrawals, so I know that if you CAN get an account, you shouldn't have to worry about that side. Also do have a lot of the slots available that I like to play.

Would of been nice to know why I was excluded though, so from my experience (as an extremely short lived customer), customer service has not been good.

Absolutely SCAM. they promise rewards but they never give it to you. When asked the proof the obviously couldn't show it. Also customer service "George" was Absolutely awful

Money in account quickly

Put over £600 in for the account to be shut then asked me to send ID and not recieved anything back

The lads who take the bets on the phone are sound however 1 weekend of winning at darts betting and I am limited to £23 on an odds on bet. Odds aren't even great compared to 365 but like the telephone service. Will shop elsewhere in future.

With new legislation it can be frustrating at times opening an account but I have found their customer service excellent and get back in touch in a prompt manner. Really impressed with their sports betting options aw well.
It feels like their is a personal touch involved with the company

Have to say poor. After less than 3 weeks bets have been restricted. I am just a fun punter who gets the odd win. But get a few wins together and that’s your lot. Unfortunately, like most you can’t have winners with these guys anymore. I’m guessing the exchanges is the only way to go to save you the disappointment of not getting a small bet on.

Was going along nicely then the site wouldn't allow each way betting. Never bothered to say anything just stopped it
