Tried to have account reopened as I closed in the past for responsible gambling reasons and was told no thanks, as per line 4.4 of their terms and conditions sent by an anti money laudring analysis, would give zero if it was an option, respect their decision but I feel the need to give a very negative review

Great all round experience

I'm always a bit sceptical about casinos and the claims they make, however to date I can only say my experience at this casino has been positive. Withdrawal times are a wee bit slower than some but I can live with that. Gameplay is what is at any casino, you get good sometimes and you get no luck at other times, that's the chance we all take. Customer Support so far have been top quality too.

This is yet another casino that, aside from its complete lack of logic, offers nothing of value. The concept of random games seems completely foreign to this casino. The idea of a "random chance" is utterly absent here. Fitzdares Casino has now joined my list of "dumpster" casinos.

When playing slots, it’s possible to spin 200 times without any win whatsoever. What's even more frustrating is that there’s no chance of winning anything on stakes higher than 0.20p. I strongly advise against playing here—stay far away from it. It's a waste of both money and nerves. I even recorded a video showing how, after about 200 spins, I didn’t win anything at all. I have also filed a complaint with the gambling commissions about their dishonest practices. The casino owner deserves a lifetime ban from operating any gambling games because they clearly don’t understand how it should work.

I would compare this casino to a game of three-card monte—pure nonsense and a blatant scam. TrustPilot should pay more attention to what it publishes on its site because this review platform is turning into a place where you can buy fake reviews.

All cleared up an fully verified I took to the slots a won dazzling £60 lol, withdrawed straight away a was in my bank within 1 hour mark! Brilliant! Then I got email asking me write a review of the site! Hi I had trouble with being paid out by this bookmaker a number of times.
I placed a bet last week and the stake just got paid back when my bet was placed I complained and after complaining they paid me this was very stressful they said it was because the price had changed while my bet was being placed.

I look at this that if a bet is not placed then the deposit should not go through.

They advised me to change my odds setting to accept any price which I did.

Today I had a bet on a horse that won at evens I had £60 on and when they paid out I recieved my stake back and not my winnings.

I complained again and explained I had changed my odds acceptance but have still not got my winnings.

They said my bet was not placed when I know it was because my balance went from £60 to zero them after the horse had won the stake was returned.

They have basically called me a liar which is not me.

They try and get away without paying you out and care about their customers which In these days you would think they would it’s disgraceful.

My advice do not bet with this bookie it’s to stressful having to complain all the time because of there system is all set up wrong

Awful site. Took £165 and only got 1 bonus and won next to nothing. I would advise against playing with this site unless you like to be robbed of all your money. Oh and I also deposited £60 and lost that.

This company have to be the most two-faced on earth, they sent me emails and had a personal call, regards one days betting, I’d been a customer for a month and never heard from them whilst losing, had a few wins and they were paying me out, when their concerns arose about my wagers, I did increase them as winning and felt lucky
Then they wanted copies of my bank statements and proof of funds, this was after I’d pumped £8000+ in my account within a month, start winning and they don’t like it
Then they quote they governed by gambling commission rules, yet they allowed me to deposit £8000+, kind of double standards here, complaint registered with gambling commission
When I acted upon this with Fitzdares they brushed me off, they only adhere to what rules suit them, disgusting 🤢

fitzdares has a good joining promotion, the site is easy to use, but the bit I like most is they give you good odds on the football.
I have just withdrawn some money from them and it took 20 minutes from the request to hitting my bank.

My experience with Fitzgerald's up and till today has been brilliant, two minor problems have brought me down to earth,
First of all best offers guaranteed which is called bogs, I was betting on stateside, not successfully, and I decided I had enough of stateside and placed a bet on what I had left on the English horse racing the following day, luckily both horses won ,
The early price on one horse was a better price SP and the other horse was a better price using the early prices, my bet was paid out on the early prices only not BOGS, when I queried the payout I was told Bogs prices are only on bets placed after 9am the day of the race, the sad part of this is, I was never told, I think the bet should of been paid out using the bogs as a goodwill gesture with the knowledge I had now been told for future racing.....

Contrbutes to the fun of racing, live streaming although advertised , does not always happen on stateside, which meant betting blind, I only gamble for fun, and my fun is watching the horses run, I do not find any fun betting blind, I think in future Fitzgerald's should state, where appropriate, when live streaming is not available, following these minor complaints I still give Fitzgerald's four out of five stars.
