Spiders and pests were back in just over 3 month & 2 weeks. Contacted Flick and they advised us that the 'warranty' was only for 3 months so a reapplication would be at the full cost. I won't be using their service again and wouldn't recommend them.

We had Brady from flick pest control was an awesome bloke friendly and Explained everything and was so great as we just had moved in.

3 months and 2 weeks after internal and external spraying, I had to kill 5
large cockroaches in the space of 2 weeks in the kitchen, and numerous outside. Never had this issue in the past as we used to use MnM which was taken over by Flick.
When I raised the issue I was told the warranty only lasts 3 months and there is no wiggle room. They wanted to charge me another $150 odd dollars to redo the inside.
The service is subpar as this was never an issue using other pest control companies, especially not soon after spraying. Will not be using their service again.

Avoid this company if you can. First visit I was told they would need a longer ladder (I had already told them on booking they would need a long ladder to reach the top of the second story), 2nd visit was told they needed to park in the same road as my house, and if thy could not find a park in the same road within 10 minutes they would have to reschedule. They then "isolated the bee problem" although it was an unrelated wasp nest. And then told me they could only guarantee the treatment given for 1 week! How can you call yourselves pest controllers if you can't distinguish between a wasp and a blue banded bee?

I never before had to write a bad review as most companies I deal with will sort out any issue I may wish to discuss. However, if I could rate 0 stars for this company I would.
Trying to cancel my account was a nightmare. No answering of calls, no response to my voice messages. I received an initial response to my email with no follow through from the recipient despite a number of emails requesting a follow up of my complaint.
Oh, and don’t try to cancel the auto payment yourself as there is no option to do so. Even my bank couldn’t assist me with that - other than suggesting I cancel my credit card.
As for the initial inspection more than 12 months ago, the technician spent more time chatting than actually carrying out an inspection. Hence, yet another reason for wanting to close my account once the 12 month period was up.

Supposed to spray my house annually — instead they sprayed my bank account.
Paid monthly for over a year. Annual spray missed this year with no contact — payments kept going though . Misleading and frustrating. Beware before subscribing.
Was happy enough with the results - 10 months before the spiders came back . But very unhappy with the subscription service - now I know why they don’t let you pay upfront.

Was on a 12 month subscription plan at $29.99 per month have an email clearly stating this. No terms and conditions were received.
Noticed recurring charges on bank statement rang flick, emailled flick and social media posted flick no response.
Finally managed head office who called tasmanian office for me elyse insisted that I had to give 30 days written notice or money keeps coming out.
I have sent through the email which is not transparent in their charges and subscription details.
I have also submitted a complaint to the ACCC.
Head office replies to all complaints are that they will esculate the complaint to branch state level they most do not.
This companys trading ethics is highly illegal how have they not been brought to account by now.
Do not deal with this company.

Be aware that Flick Pest Control are dishonest rogues. They suck you in and keep charging you monthly fees after the agreed term has expired, claiming it is allowed under their Terms and Conditions buried in the fine print!

They are the Pest.
They are only about overcharging,
Overcharged 5 months outside contract,
They will not cancel and charged additional month after advising to cancel contract.

8 weeks ago I advised them that they had overcharged my card for the service provided. Whilst they acknowledged that they overcharged me and would provide a refund, I still have not received the refund. I’ve emailed and called multiple times and receive the same generic response from them that they are processing it. Ann Fernandico provides particularly abysmal customer service. I regret not looking online prior to using them and seeing that this a regular pattern of theirs and many people never receive their money back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I live in a unit and Flick were coming out to do a routine treatment to the building and offered units to get inside done at a discount rate. I was quoted $100 to just do a single car garage on the same day they were out doing the building. I have paid that bill in May last year and get emails every few weeks asking for $110.00 saying it was unpaid offering if I paid to just send the receipt which I have done numerous times. Last month being fed up I called and explained everything, thet acknowledged the receipt and quote I of $100 and would fix it right away only they haven’t, again I find today another email again asking for the $110.00.
I would not use Flick nor recommend them to anyone.

This company has been a huge disappointment. Made inquiries, booked a call to the property, mentioned, in detail, our requirements, specifically A BIG LADDER.The morning of the the appointment the guy they allocated arrived without a big ladder. Rescheduled 2 weeks in the future, we said no, an earlier appointment required. So today he turns up early, lucky we were home, still without a big ladder, for our second storey. Then told us he didn’t have a certificate to work from heights.
It is not the Australian company we used to trust, now a global Swedish pest company backed by private equity.
NO quality of service, appalling, will never recommend this service to anyone.

Flick Technician Luke Smylie was friendly and get a great service. He inspected the termite line pipes and provided the report and did a thorough pest treatment inside the home. Thank you, Luke

DO NOT USE
Flick quoted me a termite monitoring & baiting system for my property.
Flick then attempted to charge me double for over 6 months after, repeatedly emailing me and calling to make the payment.
After finally paying the correct amount I have found their install does not match their quote.
They quoted 21 stations, only installed 16.
They quoted 4 visits, only visited once
They have ignored countless emails and are refusing to provide a refund.

As we do not have a Smartphone, we were unable to pay for our service as required by Flick.
We arranged to pay the Operator with cash on the day, (18 Dec 25), which we did in a sealed envelope.
We have now received Two Reminders claiming that we haven't paid.
We received a phone call this morning, (27 Jan 26), claiming 'Technical Issues' for the mix up and the woman promising to E mail me the receipt.
Some 9 odd hours later we are still awaiting our receipt.
Whilst the operator was professional, the Admin Staff definitely need a rock under them.
And when you ring their number, no one answers, and unlike the promise of a return call no one calls.
I am very apprehensive about ever using Flick again.

Booked an appointment because we found active termites. They charge $467 just for the inspection. No probs. Then they say $99 if you cancel. So I rearrange my schedule to meet their 3 hour window. 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, I cop a call from the Adelaide office saying my appointment was booked in Victoria by an operator who made a mistake. What could they do about this? Answer - Nothing. If that were my business, I would have bent over backwards to fix this. As it is the bloke became defensive when I suggested that it wasn't good enough and that for the fees they charge, they should be a lor better than this. re: RESPONSE FROM FLICK BELOW. I made a booking for termite treatment. I do not have an account. Your response is obtuse at best.
