Amy is knowledgeable and friendly but I have had to shelve travel plans for NZ for now unfortunately due to personal reasons. I hope to be able to travel there in 2027.

Friendly and helpful advice as always from Reece. Listened to my requirements and built a package to suit. Easy booking process and reassuring how easy Flight centre are to contact. Have used before, will use again.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Melanie could not have been more helpful in booking exactly what we required, our booking experience was seamless. unfortunately due to ill health we have had to cancel our holiday and again Melanie made it as simple as possible, reducing our stress and was so professional. Thoroughly recommended and will book again as soon as able to.

Flight Centre have always been great at finding good deals on flights and accommodation. Their service quick and efficient.

Got in contact with flight centre regards a last min Valentines weekend break. Managed to speak with Melanie who has been nothing but helpful from start to finish. Considering this was only for a two night stay and hotel only, i feel like she really went to town on making sure i knew all of the best options available. Did speak to a couple of other companies first, all of whom were somewhat dismissive. Will almost certainly be back again. thanks again Mel!

Keeley Gotts at Romford arranged our flights to Kota Kinabalu taking care to ensure that sufficient time was available to make the connecting flight at Kuala Lumpur.Everything went smoothly so we are very grateful to her for her professionalism.Keeley is easy to work with and has excellent knowledge in her field.

Our trip to South Africa was one to remember, and that was all down to the fantastic help and advise we received from the lovely Melanie. We didn't have to think or worry about the planning or logistics, everything was arranged within a couple of hours with transfers for our family of four.
