When first booking I was very skeptical…
When first booking I was very skeptical of how cheap and easy the process was. After booking I received calls from the company to "change" my booking. Because of I chose was not "available anymore", I had to rebook while on the phone. I only trust it because my card was not being charged. After almost an hour the agent on the phone booked the same flight for $200 more, which it's still $600 less than booking from original airline website. We shall see how checking in and the rest of the process go but so far, I only recommend because it's still affordable and they sent a receipt of my actual charge.

The rep was very helpful and accommodating after informing me that the original reservation with Delta wasn't honored at its face value, that their prices were higher. he did some research and got me tickets with AA, it cost more, however it was cheaper than purchasing directly with AA and he was very helpful

Beware of bait and switch
Beware! They are a total bait and switch scam site. They offered us tickets to Miami at about $320 per person, round-trip. Their website, using a different URL, stated there were 5 tickets available. Then the next day "Scott Ph*****" sent an email, asking to call him back. When called "Scott Ph*****" speaking with a distinct accent, stated tickets were sold out, that's a busy period, but -- eurika! -- he has other "discount" tickets, such as Frontier for $700 per person.
I told him they are running a scam website, that this must be their business model, and that $700 tickets are easily available for anyone to purchase online, through Google Flights or Skyscanner. Many reviews on BBB, Yelp and elsewhere confirm that this is their standard business practice: bait and switch.
