Absolutely shocking customer service.

Absolutely shocking customer service.
I have called multiple times over the past month and was told the manager would call me back — still no call to this day.

They have been charging £40 a month for a 3rd-party integration that we cancelled right from the beginning, yet continued billing us for it. Every time I try to resolve it, I get passed around with no answers.

This company seriously needs to sort out their customer service because this is unacceptable.

El trato al cliente pésimo todos los Argentinos que trabajan allí no tiene la educación suficiente para atender los requerimientos de los usuarios de esta plataforma, el servicio de la plataforma es bueno, lastima los comerciales que venden cosas dentro de ella por medio de engaños, luego sales pagando más de lo que has recibido por lo que vendiste

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Support and Smooth Onboarding Experience

We recently set up Flipdish for our restaurant, and the whole process has been outstanding from start to finish. The platform itself is user-friendly and perfectly suited for managing online orders, but what really made the experience exceptional was the onboarding support from Tufal and Yaseen.

Both were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and proactive in guiding us through every step of the setup. They made sure everything—from menu uploads to integration—was running smoothly, and they went above and beyond to make the transition effortless. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about your success, but Tufal and Yaseen truly do.

We’re very happy with Flipdish and highly recommend it to any restaurant looking for a reliable and well-supported online ordering system.

Que pena que no exista 0 estrellas…

Que pena que no exista 0 estrellas porque es la mayor estafa que hay compre el kiosko y no pude usarlo despues de 6 meses no me an ayudado ni nada una vez te lo venden te abandonan ya nunca volvieron a preguntar porque una vez completada la estafa van a por otro y se olvidan de ti , nada recomendable todas las opiniones son falsas las de 1 estrella las borran tener mucho cuidado y mirar bien el contrato porque aun que te den la maquina defectuosa no hacen devoluciones yo tire mi dinero y tiempo con ellos.

I'm blown away by the exceptional…

I'm blown away by the exceptional service I received from the Flipdish team! From the very beginning, they made me feel like I was their top priority.

Johanna from the onboarding team was fantastic, guiding me through the process and answering all my questions.
I'd like to give a special shoutout to Yaseen from the offshore team, who showed extraordinary dedication and commitment. He worked late into the night, sacrificing his own rest, to ensure everything was set up for our business to open tomorrow. His selfless effort is a testament to the Flipdish team's values and I'm truly grateful for his help. Thank you, Yaseen, is a small phrase, but please know your efforts haven't gone unnoticed.

Tufael Ahmed, the Area Manager, who embodies responsibility and reliability. I've had my fair share of last-minute panics, and every single time, he's been there for me, calming me down and getting things done. He takes ownership of issues and resolves them promptly, going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. His proactive approach has given me confidence in the Flipdish team and I'm so grateful for his help.

What truly sets Flipdish apart is their relentless follow-up and meticulous attention to detail. Yaseen made numerous changes to our menu, without hesitation, and have always been happy to help when asked.

Their patience and willingness to adapt to our needs have been impressive, and I appreciate their flexibility and responsiveness. Whether it's a minor tweak or a major overhaul, they've always been there to support me, ensuring that everything is ready for us.

Stay well clear

In 30 years of working in hospitality I have never experienced such incompetence.
They just don’t care. Lied to from the start. The onboarding process is a joke.
They didn’t even make a menu to upload and tried to cancel my install on the day, and then lied about it.
Integration for the apps wasn’t started for over a week after we opened. 3 weeks in and still waiting, More excuses.
It’s impossible to speak to anyone outside of your onboarding team who do nothing at all except try to cover up their mistakes.
Stay well clear.
Flipdish literally ruined the launch of my business, opening night was cancelled.
No deliveries for weeks,
They put the wrong address on my website……….. wouldn’t change it for 5 days!!!
And then had the nerve to ask why I wasn’t open for collection.
It’s the wrong address!!!!!
