Fake Advertising and Misleading information!

I was really excited to try Flocksy.
After reading all the positive reviews.

I contacted the customer service team and asked about web development before signing up and paying for this.

I was advertised this was not included- however there is information on the website stating this as well as testimonials from a clients about design and development. I even sent screenshots to the customer service team stating what their website says as proof and evidence. They didn't care.
FAKE AND MISLEADING! Poor experience!

What an EXCEPTIONAL value and concept Flocksy offers!! I have worked with the graphic design, voiceover, video creation and copywriting teams and they've ALL delivered very competant and creative work in a VERY timely manner. What I love about the Flocksy team members I've had the pleasure to work with is the open and welcome collaboration to make an idea in my head come to life - and usually a lot better than what I imagined! I want to express my thanks also to my Project Manager Whitney for all your help in keeping my projects moving forward. I am also grateful for your proactive reach outs to bring resolution and course correction when needed it. And Caroline, your commitment to top tier support has truly trickled down to all I've had the opportunity to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Flocksy team of creatives service to any company wanting a smarter way to approach their marketing and asset creation. That said, WE as clients play a part in optimizing the experience as well. I've found taking the time to get to know them, helping them learn my brand and style encouraged effective collaboration to shorten the lead time and enhances the final product ... The Flocksy team delivers really solid work in a timely manner. I've worked with a lot of flat-fee creative agencies and having a project manager available has been a game-changer!

As with any service like this, it's quality in / quality out, so make sure you think through your creative briefs and give the team the info they need to deliver what you want.

Everyone is friendly, responsive, and willing to make changes as needed to deliver a great final product!

Flocksy has helped me develop my agency in a more stable and scalable direction -- I've had a ton of success working with our project manager, Whitney, and we've been consistently developing a roster of preferred creatives to design, write, and produce for projects.

Very few problems have arisen (which is impressive when you've had 20+ completed projects in the last 12 days or so), and when they do, Flocksy has been very quick to resolve them and make up for any potentially lost time.

Personally, I have found all of their business handlings extremely fair and transparent. Their rates are well worth the price. You will feel treated fairly and with care if you work with Flocksy.

I've been using Flocksy for around a month now, mostly for content writing, and the quality has been exceptional!
The writers have completed 11 x 1000+ word articles for me so far, and I rarely even need to give feedback because they usually nail it with the first draft.
My assigned Project Manager (Destinee) has also been really helpful, acting as my primary point of contact for any questions about how everything works.

My favorite feature of Flocksy is the fact I can communicate directly with a writer via the project dashboard once they've been assigned, rather than having to pass feedback through someone like Destinee. I can also add preferred writers, so I've started to build a good roster of writers who are now familiar with the tone of voice and writing style for my websites. That alone saves me hours of back and forth!

The fact that it's unlimited content per month makes my budgeting a lot easier, and the work is invariably turned around within 24 hours.

I've worked with writers from Upwork/Fiverr/etc for years, which meant juggling writer availability, multiple skill levels, prices and so on, but I don't think I'll ever use freelancing platforms again.
Flocksy has set a new bar for content creation services!

I work on multiple websites and Flocksy is a great "umbrella" tool to use for them. It's great for quick content and small graphic edits across the board. If you're looking to work with a specific designer for your project or the same team for all your needs, this isn't the service. But if you're open to different professional styles, and want quick turnaround, this is a great (and easy-to-use) platform.

A nice service that has supported our marketing team well whilst scaling. It took a little to get it setup and find the right people to work on our brands, but it's going well. We use Flocksy mostly for content creation and copywriting, although hoping to try web dev soon!

I started using Flocksy because our writing projects were becoming backed up, but we didn't have enough to bring on another writer. I went into this open-minded with reasonable expectations. I have not been disappointed. The work is turned around on or ahead of schedule, and 99% of the writers we've used on Flocksy have done a great job.
Stay organized and work with your Project Manager to get the most out of your Flocksy team. Highly recommended if you have a constant need for written content.

Another bait and switch company. During the trial period everything is great - top notch designers, top notch communication, fast turnaround, at least until you sign up.
After you sign up the 'team' you assemble goes out the window and they assign designers based on an their algorithm which gives you individuals that know photoshop and that's about it.
Limitations are placed on projects that they say are beyond their 'usual scope' and turnaround times and communication start becoming a little bit longer with each project.

As an independent publisher I wear a lot of hats and my core skill is writing. I prefer to hire professionals for all non writing related publishing tasks. When looking for affordable copywriting services, I saw Flocksy offered it and decided to give them a try.

I received nothing less than amazing copy on all of my requests. I wasn't sure if book blurbs was something they could do but they more than delivered on all twenty book blurbs submitted to them with amazing speed (sometimes less than an hour after I sent in the request).

I paid $420 on the Team plan. Best Page Forward would have cost me $4388 for twenty book blurbs. I want to read my own books again after reading their copy. Additional copywriting done for business included my newsletter and website. Overall I am very glad I was able to find a company that has great copywriters and is affordable for small business owners.

Flocksy looks like a terrible deal for creative professionals. I am a graphic designer and began to go through their on-boarding process. They asked for my price (total flat fee) for multiple projects as well as my timeline for each project. They gave an example of each project. On the following page, they then provided their "System Averages for These Categories". This is where it went downhill. The most egregious example was a 221-page branding guide. Yes, 221 pages. I gave my price as $600 with a 20-hour timeline. Their System Average stated their price as $25 with a 2-hour timeline. In what world does a designer complete a 221-page document in 2 hours? I saw from a previous review that Flocksy is explaining it away as the hourly price and queue time, but that's not what it looks like, as they show my total price (in red) right next to their price (in green). I'd love to post a screenshot but can't here. Another example is a tri-fold brochure, my price was $240/8 hours, theirs was $20/2 hours. And then they wanted me to complete multiple dummy projects to prove my skills: redesign a 9-page branding guide, create an infographic, design 4 social media posts, design 1-3 custom logos, and design an 8.5x11 flyer. I have an online portfolio available and would be willing to do one dummy project, or technical software tests, but not 8-10 separate dummy projects. I don't see how qualified US-based creatives could work for these ridiculous wages with unrealistic timelines.

My experience with Flocksy has been outstanding! My husband and I run a small content media site business and needed help with articles. I stumbled across Flocksy and thought I'd give it a try. I'm so glad that I did!

The quality of the content is absolutely outstanding. We have high standards, and the content has far exceeded our expectations. Everything is superbly written.

In addition to the quality, I've been highly impressed by the project communication and fast turnaround times.

This was the boost our business needed. Flocksy has become a valued partner, and I can't recommend them enough!

Once you get to know the skill set of each designer its great.
