Gino Hemady is fabulous. He went above and beyond to work with me on my commercial floor order. So grateful for all of his help. I would recommend Floor City to anyone!

Wasn't made aware of price when ordering and way overpriced!!! Brutal return policy and even no returns on items such as trowels. Will never use again and let the company who contracts me to never use Floor City

Resposta da Good Floors
We tried to work with this customer but some products are not able to be returned to the distributors we buy from. The 1 star review doesn't reflect our overall service and like any company we strive to do better in the future. Please let us know up front if you may want to return a product. Our policy is listed on our Terms and Conditions in the footer of the page.

Attempted to order Armstrong flooring …
Attempted to order Armstrong flooring product however after placing the order was told that the product was backordered and was only available in a warehouse in another state. The website said none of this and customer service basically said "tough luck". Would not recommend anyone to attempt to do business with this company.
