Incompetent and Useless
I placed an order on Saturday 27 September for delivery to Ocala in Florida USA on Tuesday 30 September. I paid a lot of Sputh African Rands for the order, and trusted that it would be received on the intended date by the birthday celebrant.
It has still not reached its recipient, and in following up with Flora 2000, I received a message telling me that my order has been cancelled due to unavailability.
At no point did they send me an email, firstly either to confirm my order, or secondly to let me know it had been cancelled.
They are completely incompetent, and customer service is non-existent.
Never will I ever even consider making use of this institution again, and neither will anyone acquainted with me.

While we will definitely have this checked in the back ground with the local outlet in question, at the same time we do not want you to wait for the resolution, we did reply on WhatsApp and Emails, kindly check your SPAM folder, maybe the emails have gone there.
We have already issued you a full refund on both the orders and will ensure to also get back to you later with an explanation as to what may have gone wrong in the back ground for these orders.

Pessima esperienza, foto del sito molto ingannevole,l’ imballaggio molto scadente, i vasi arrivati capovolti e quindi anche la terra a sua volta è uscita ,piante schiacciate e piegate . Per niente ben curate e molto sporche di rami secchi e in mezzo di foglie secche di altre piante. Spero in una loro ripresa.

The absolute worst
The absolute worst. Imagine my surprise after ordering 12 red roses, a box of chocolates and a teddy bear for gf on Valentine’s Day! (A day early actually). And she goes to get the delivery and it’s 3 roses and Chocolates. Not really worth the 90usd. Filed a complaint with my credit card company and they’re investigating. Steer clear of this dumpster fire

I am 8,000 miles away in San Diego mile my flowers arrived in Bolinao, Pagasinan The floral arrangements from Flora2000were absolutely stunning! The flowers were incredibly fresh, the colors perfectly matched my vision, and the design was so creative - they really went above and beyond to make my special occasion even more beautiful.

I'm in New Zealand, and my partner is in Germany with his Oma, who's extremely ill.
I ordered Orchids in a ceramic pot to be delivered to Harburg Bavaria.
They got there so quickly!
Beautifully wrapped with a lovely card.
I also got great communication from the staff working on my order.
