Deeply disappointing. Special occasion spoiled. Easy to order, but unreliable with no follow through. Flowers were delivered without the vase that was an additional item and paid for in full. I sent an email querying the omission and have received no response. No acknowledgment of the mistake, no apology, no effort to refund the vase or to make amends and send it anyway. Just disappointingly nothing.

I have used them before they have been great, but recently I have tried to contact them about a recent order issue and I have not received word back over two weeks now. They are very difficult to contact.

The flower received was 100% different from what I have ordered. I have emailed a feedback regarding his but no one replied to me. I won't be ordering from this company again and I will warn my friends and family as well as it is such a scam. My mother was not happy with the flowers either as the quality is subpar.

I’m in Canada and I wanted to send flowers to Greece. I ordered 2 days before and they were delivered right on time. My aunt loved them, the bouquet was beautiful. Thank you Flora2000 you really made her day she wasn’t expecting them.

Was delighted with ordering for the first time for flowers to My Aunt in Portugal. The process was easy & the selection they made was lovely. She lives rural so couple of phone call & it got to the correct place on the day I requested. She was delighted with them. Thank you.

The flowers I ordered were roses arranged in a basket. They were beautiful, fresh and arranged nicely. Service and delivery were fast and courteous.

The recipient has vast experience working with flowers. However, some of the roses began to wilt and die after two days. There wasn't much that could be done to save them.

So it's a lovely arrangement but if you wish to appreciate the flowers for a longer period of time [like we usually do] purchasing long-stemmed roses and placing them in a vase may work better.

Having said that we both liked the flowers and service and I would definitely buy from this company again.

I'm so grateful for the service as they made the delivery on time to Milan and made my sisters birthday extra special. And she loved the cake.

Flora2000 is a big help for me because their company helped me surprise my family who are oceans away from me.

I will never order flowers from this company again. I ordered 3 sets of flowers for mother's day. One for my fiancé, another for my soon to be sister-in-law, and a third for my soon to be mother-in-law. My fiancé got hers, which were different from the other 2. The other 2 I ordered the same style, but I put a individual notes on each of them. Well once i ordered them. I noticed that my card was charged 3 times, each for its individual arrangement. So the 1 I purchased for my fiancé was $10 more than the other 2. The other 2 were priced the same because the were the same type of arrangement. But the day of delivery, I only got my fiancé's and soon to be sister-in-law's delivered. The one I ordered for my soon to be mother-in-law was cancelled off of my order because they "assumed" I made a mistake by ordering 2 of the same arrangements instead of calling me. Even though they all had individual notes attached to them...needless to say I looked bad to my soon to be mother-in-law because I didn't get her anything else for mother's day and the floral company I used would not rectify their mistake and deliver the flowers because they said they were never paid. And I showed them that I was charged for all 3 arrangements. When they told me that there was nothing they could do. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge on my card for the flowers that weren't delivered, because the floral company couldn't even do that to help me out...Like is said, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!

The ordering, flower selection and delivery were all easy and excellent. I got feedback and communication at every stage of the process including minor changes in delivery times due to demand.

I have used Flora 2000 for many years to send gifts to European friends and I have never been disappointed. My most recent experience was as positive as all others. The delivery was on time, as promised, and the flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful.

I’ve been using Flora2000 for 15 years. Each year I send multiple bouquets to family and friends in Germany, India, the UK, the USA. Every single order has been delivered on time and in great condition.

I have always had a great experience with Flora2000, but this order was disappointing. It was supposed to be delivered the Saturday before Mother’s Day. Not only did the recipient receive it 2 days later, but the flowers arrived withered and in poor condition. To make things worse, I tried emailing the company if there was any way to receive a refund and never even got a reply. This was upsetting as I have been a loyal customer for years, and to not even receive any response makes me think I should take my business elsewhere going forward.
