Website is a scam.
Companies House in the UK shows that the company was dissolved 5th November 2024.
The website will take your money, but there does not appear to be any other activity or email addresses associated with the company.

having read some reviews i can see i'm not the only one in a situation where nobody bothers to return emails. i emailed the support email and guess what! address not found. such a shame as the product looks promising, i'm just so glad that i didn't actually go through with the purchase online as i would have probably lost my money.

Advised 5-14 day delivery on 15 January and still haven't received any dispatch notice. Wish I had checked Trustpilot reviews before ordering. It appears there is some response to reviews left here so I would be grateful for an accurate delivery estimate.

Ordered but not received and no updates!
Money has been taken and I have sent multiple messages to the 'support' email address only to receive bounce backs saying that it's undeliverable. Have left messages on their website contact page and no one has come back. Terrible customer service and I feel like I have been scammed and would like my money back!

I was desperate to find a decent toilet brush and this 'company' seemed to have a good concept. Unfortunately, I didn't check reviews of this company before purchasing. I've not received a functioning product and much like other users I have yet to receive a response from Flushbrush.
The toilet brush heads are ridiculously small. The heads I received do not connect to the toilet handle, so it will not work even if I wanted to give it a trial run. There is no magnetic connection to allow for picking up the head of the brush should it fall in the toilet, as advertised. The product not only doesn't work or have the advertised components but also feels cheaply made. I've written to their customer service seeking a refund but have not yet received a reply. I certainly would not recommend this product.

Doesn’t fit all toilets and, when I asked (four times) to return the unopened ones they ignored me, despite their site saying to contact them about returns. Utter w⚓️s

What a load of rubbish they are
Have now emailed customer support on five occasions about returning the items but they just dont reply
Looks like I will be throwing them away!!

This brush is a good idea looking to address a genuine problem, but is made terribly and has a major design flaw.
Firstly the brush head is very small, secondly is is very cheaply made (way too flimsy). Thirdly and most importantly they seem to have forgotten that the handle will also be used inside the toilet and drips when you take it out, so they have failed to solve the problem they set out to solve, ie. stuff from inside the toilet ending outside it!

While the actual brush and the stand are of a good design, the cradle that sits on the inside of the loo is woeful. Mine has rusted, it has scratched the enamel on the toilet, and it is impossible to keep clean. I wrote to Flush Brush over a year ago about this and never received a reply. I had high hopes for what seemed an innovative design, but it has proved really disappointing.

I’m utterly appalled by this company.

On 4th July I ordered 4 units from their website at the cost of £73.96 and I am still waiting for their delivery over 1 month later.

I sent them emails on 2 separate occasions requesting a full refund but I have received no response.

I am seriously considering taking legal action for what has effectively amounted to theft at this point.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Ordered my brush over a month ago now and still haven't received it. I sent them a message a while ago asking where it was and didn't hear anything back. Flush brush if you see this my order number is 4018, just give me my money back!!!

Complete waste of money and non-existent customer service.
Took ages to arrive, as it's made and shipped from China! So that tells you what the quality will be like. Awful quality, flimsy product that does not work and is not fit for purpose. Emailed to ask for a refund, no reply. Chased and still no reply. Wish I had looked on here before I brought the product as it seems their "customer service" department does not exist! Don't waste your money!

Great product, have three of them ordered via Kickstarter.

One head broke, order three replacement heads, took payment in full in November 2023, order never progressed past "Order Confirmed", items never arrived.

I ordered a few but was disappointed upon receipt of the flimsy products. I’ve emailed to request a refund within the 30-day return timeline and have yet to receive a response and have even chased the request again. Upon reading the reviews here, it seems like poor customer service is the norm. I just want to return my order.

I have placed my order #3936 a month ago but no item arrives though it should only take 5-14days. Email was sent but no reply. No communication from the seller for any delayed delivery. I am not sure how to get my money back. Total scam

The brush took weeks to arrive. Just before it did arrive, I emailed the company at their UK address and got a bounce back (this address does not exist) so I sent a message via the online form on the website. Got no reply but fortunately (for them) the brush did arrive shortly after this. The product I would say, is useless. You can't get the holder to attach under the rim securely and we were not able to get the brush fixed to the handle without lifting the toilet seat and holding steady the metal strip which supposedly keeps the holder in place. The thing didn't eject that easily either. Gave up after a week and will not repeat the experience. Some other review said the idea is good in principle - it is - but its design is extremely wrong!!

After not receiving my order after 14 days I sent an email to their support email and got an automatic email back saying my message wasn't delivered. There is no phone number and no other point of contact. Total scam.

In addition it did not work properly - I followed the instructions and tried on several toilets.
I emailed several times to the email and they did not bother answering.
Scam.

Update: as you can see flush brush have contacted me publicly here. I have since emailed them with the order number and details yet they have still not replied. They are not keeping to their word.
