Ordered on 25th January and still hasn’t arrived. Emailed 2/3 weeks ago asking where my order is and no reply. A delay is a delay but you need to communicate this to your customers !!!

Terrible product. Difficult to attach, doesn't clean well. Didn't even keep it for more than a day before it was in the bin. Bought a Joseph Joseph brush and more than pleased

Ordered on 29 Jan, email said 5-14 days. Emailed for an update over a week ago and no response. (Order #3086)

This product is useless. The cleaning head fell off mine and went down the toilet drain. I have tried to email the supplier several time to request a refund as the product is not fit for purpose and cannot get a reply. Has anyone got any idea how I can get my refund?

Totally disappointed that, despite ordering this item last month and trying to check ok my order (and subsequently trying 4 times to contact them), I have not received my order or any acknowledgement of my emails. I have also asked for a refund and that’s not arrived either!

After ordering on 01/01/22 I received my item 20/01/22, this was within lead times and customer service were initially helpful with tracking, the item came direct from china which resulted in the longer delivery.

I have had to stop using the product in less time than it took to be delivered, i raised my initially concerns with customer service 23/01/22 as the item is ineffective at cleaning and difficult to use, its very hard to attach the handle to the head without pushing this down into the toilet bowl, especially in the way i had to position the item for water to flow through. My biggest issue occurred after this upon realising the item has damaged my toilet with scratches along the edge of where it is attached, im unsure if there is some protection missing from my product or if this is a issue with the item in general. I have now removed the item and discontinued use to avoid further damage. Unfortunately i havent received any further communication from customer service.

Took 6 weeks to arrive although this is not really their fault due to supply chain delays. I found the product to be cheap and unusable (couldn’t attach/de-attach the head easily, kept falling in the loo) so ended up throwing it away and feeling guilty about the plastic I had just ordered from across the world. To their credit they issued a refund straight away but a little bit more customer service wouldn’t go amiss. It’s a great concept and i was very excited about it — but a bit of a waste of time in the end. Hope it’s improved!

On Dec. 22, 2021, I ordered two. On Jan. 20 and 25, I asked for a tracking number and refund. I haven't heard anything.

So disappointed in this product. I bought one in good faith and with good intentions, thinking I was buying something that would last and support a small business. The product arrived with parts missing. It’s a lot flimsier than you would expect for the price. Part missing included the padding that you put behind the cradle to prevent scratches. Contacted customer services via email, via chat on their webpage and even via Facebook messenger but I’ve heard nothing back. Ended up putting the cradle in and now the toilet is filled with scratches. Really regret this purchase and do not recommend at all, not only because of the poor quality of the product but the atrocious customer service.

I bought this product last year and I still find it more useful than any other toilet brush! (waiting Kickstarter delivery was gainful)
Each time I need to clean, I know that I ll'nt have to spend time on the brush, but the best is that there is no more water on the floor or outside the toilet.
Thank you guys for having ideas and build them to people.

I paid and ordered 3 brushes - not exactly cheap products either, and have not received. I’ve communicated three times, so far, and not heard back.
This isn’t ok.. I want my money back.
Not someone to invest in. Pity, product looked good.

Six months have passed. I still have not received my order. I have contacted them numerous times. I only got an answer three months ago with a non valid tracking number.
Still have not received anything.

Cons:
It took an age to be delivered - waiting 2-3+ weeks to receive
I’m not convinced by the design, it is supposed to be magnetic but you have to touch the handle at a certain point on the head which can be awkward
Splash back of toilet water if for whatever reason when using the magnet the head falls
The handle touches toilet water, the whole benefit of this is hygiene but the handle will inevitably have to touch toilet water if you use it to fetch out the head, you then slot it back into the stand with toilet water on it which I would guess may spill onto the floor
Pricey for what is is - £20 seems expensive for what’s on offer

Pros:
It’s innovative and I respect the idea and intention
It’s an easy to use product out of the box - it’s a toilet brush I get it but intention of this comment is to suggest it’s an easy and quick setup
The rubber head cleans well

All in all I’d say flush brush need to improve their logistics in order to get the product to consumer quicker. Price seems high for what your getting and there is some design floors that don't make this product as effective and simple as it should be

If you want to order from a company that communicates with you and adheres to their shipping expectations, look elsewhere. It's understandable that a new company may struggle in keeping up with demands but, based on the other reviews on this page, customers should not have to resort to writing on third-party website to have their demands fulfilled. It's honestly a shame, this product had good potential.

If I could give zero stars I would. I echo the comments about it being a terrible product that doesn’t work. The cradle cannot be made to fit the toilet bowl flush, so it doesn’t clean when it flushes. Furthermore the small head cannot easily be connected to the holder. I agree the idea was potentially a good one, but the execution was very poor and the installation instructions especially in the critical parts of fitting the basket with tension were very poor.

Flushbrush is essentially a good idea but poor design and a poor customer experience means I can't recommend it.
I ordered 2 early in the kick-start project and waited and waited for the order to be fulfilled long after emails "confirming" despatch were sent.
The product finally turned up but the process to contact "customer service" was long and frustrating and only the large investment I'd made kept me going.
As for the brush itself...well after 3 months the catch to attach the head to the stick broke making unit 1 unusable.
Attaching the head holder to the lavatory bowl is problematic..the metal band you bend into shape doesn't hold well and if your toilet seat is moved up and down (as happens in a family home with mixed gender users) it moves around meaning the head is often not cleaned as the toilet is flushed.
Unit 2 still works but it's often a struggle to get the head onto the stick meaning we have to pick the head out of its holder by hand and attach it which is unhygienic and kinda yucky.
All in all this product just isn't there yet...not a good buy.

Used the web contact page. No reply. No product after weeks of waiting. Money went straight out of my account. Come on guys if you are trying to run a business communication with your customers is key. Someone once coined the phrase ‘customer is king’…

Ordered a product, didn't get it for some time. Tried to contact the page via form and email - didn't get any reply.
After reading this review, they found me and sent me the product.
I guess, that's ok.
Their product is good.
