Great price, great quality and fast delivery

I saw this company supplied B&Q and items priced reasonably. Ordered 2 items from the website- 1 hadnt arrived. Immediately told them via email with photo evidence, they acknowledge receipt, but as soon as I ask for a refund of the items not received, no response. Eventually had a call from James who intervened and did his best to sort the situation out - great service from him in the end.

Ordered on 29th December but still haven’t received my order even though been given tracking number for it, emailed customer service who said they will issue a refund which would take up to 48hrs but almost a week later & still no refund & no reply to recent email chasing this up, tried calling the numbers on receipt & on website but neither seem to be working
Won’t be using again & wouldn’t recommend this company

What fantastic seller. Bought a bath tap over a year ago and recently a small part inside it failed. The seller went to great lengths to put this right and literally could not have done more and now solved. Buy in confidence. Have used again since. A++++++ seller.

Had an initial issue with my order, contacted them by email and they just sorted it out and sent a replacement.

Edited to add: a member of staff reached out to me directly following my review below, and apologised for the issues I'd had regarding communication - this was something he was going to look into urgently and he was very sincere. He also helped me with a subsequent order, making sure everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently, and the products supplied continue to be a great price and quality.

I placed a bulk order for taps online, but had a few questions which I emailed to the address listed. My order arrived really quickly and the products are good quality, but I've emailed several times now and never received a response, and the phone number listed comes back as "no longer in service". It's a shame that they're letting their selves down completely on the comms side as their prices are great and the products are too.

Great prices & simple navigation on the website.
Would prefer some more filtering on the website for products i.e. width, Heights etc.

Arrived promptly. Easy to install. Soft close and removable heavy duty hinge work well and look reasonable quality for the purchase price, better than another new seat for a second WC from others. Bamboo finish a bit artificial compared to other natural bamboo products in the bathroom, but OK. So far so good, remains to be seen how the finishes will look in a couple of years.

What really impressed me was the helpful assistant - Sam - who took my call. He listened to my query, took my details, went to the stock room to make an important measurement for me, and called back promptly. This meant I could order my new toilet seat and cover with confidence.

I have now fitted it and it looks a great. A brilliant price was quoted which turned into an even more fantastic bargain with your free p&p. Many many thanks.

Original item was damaged by courier, seller immediately offered to send a replacement without question. I elected to collect replacement and found the same level of customer service. They have to be one of the best companies I have dealt with. I will happily be recommending them. Thanks for such a great experience.
