New washing machine
Mark and Dean fitted a new washing machine for us today. They were very efficient and friendly. Pointed out a small problem with water supply pipe. Very grateful for that,I would not have known otherwise. They were very quick and I'm very pleased with the result. Would recommend

Washer Rental
From start to finish the process was brilliant. Steve in the office was really courtesy, friendly and ensured everything went smoothly.
The lads, Nigel and Dylan, that delivered my washing machine went above and beyond to install the washer. They happily disconnected my old one and put it outside where I requested, ready for the scrap man & thoroughly checked the new machine was working, gave me guidance on how to use it. I really was so grateful & appreciative for everything they did.

Peace of mind
From phoning to help with what I needed was the best service. Lisa was so helpful. I paid extra 15 pounds to have my old washing machine taken away. I live on a 3rd floor flat but the guys Nigel and Dylan did it was ease although it was really hot nothing was to much trouble. I have rented off forbes for a number of years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. It gives me peace of mind with forbes.
