Easy to buy, quick delivery and a wonderful paper. If I had a slight gripe it would be postage - spending over £200 and having no free delivery option seems a little bit disappointing.

I have bought papers from Fotospeed…
I have bought papers from Fotospeed many times. Easy to order, easy to download paper profiles and fast turnaround. Only complaint is the shipping costs are a little high.

I've only dealt with Fotospeed on a couple of occasions but each time I've received excellent service and my orders have arrived the next day. Can't fault the service and can't wait to start using the A2 PF Lustre 275 I've just taken delivery of.

Friendy customer service
Very knowledgeable and friendy customer service. Quality and variety of paper seems very good indeed and the ability to get free ICC profiles for them is a huge bonus. Highly recommended for serious photography enthusiasts.

Good service… need chase up though
Good service. I was buying pre cut Hahnemuhle paper which was in short supply.
It as back ordered.
I had to case up up progress.
Eventually I settled for roll paper to make up shortfall.
It would be 5 stars 🌟 if I hadn’t had to chase up so much.
Good result & I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Excellent Customer Service and Quality
I was really impressed with the customer service I received when I phoned to enquire about the process of opening an account. I didn't catch the name of the lady I spoke to, but she was incredibly helpful and advised me on the best way to proceed. I purchased an A3 test pack to begin my journey with Fotospeed papers, and have been incredibly impressed with the quality so far, particularly the Cotton Etching 310gsm and the Matte Ultra 240.
