Easy to buy, quick delivery and a wonderful paper. If I had a slight gripe it would be postage - spending over £200 and having no free delivery option seems a little bit disappointing.

The Lustre 310 is really an excellent paper on the 310. I have no hesitation in recommending it. Quality of print finish is outstanding.

Customer service to be proud of
It is easy to choose a supplier based on price alone, and I think many of us naturally look for the best deal first. But it is only when you really need help that you find out what a company is actually like to deal with — and that is where Fotospeed truly stood out.
From my own experience, the customer service was excellent. They did not just do the minimum; they went above and beyond to help, kept things straightforward, and made me feel that my issue genuinely mattered. That kind of service is not always easy to find, and it made a real difference.
I would happily recommend them to anyone. Good prices are always welcome, but great customer service is what makes you want to return and recommend a business to others. Thank you for such a positive experience.

The Real Deal
Fotospeed really offer the complete package as far as photo printing goes. I'm no pro but the range of papers is extraordinary - possibly too many fo peole like me, but there it is. Good online videos and tutorials to boot.
I have 2 minor criticisms :- they don't seem to respond to emails (maybe I should use the phone ) and as I don't need my paper immediately I would happily have a second , slightly cheaper delivery method. Very minor issues compared to everything else they do,
