I would have given them a MINUS rating if it were available. If you need to get the most terrible experience from a super fraud company, you may opt for Foundit Gulf. I paid 300 US Dollars (equivalent of Rs 25,000 Indian rupees) for their premium features and CV writing service, but I did not get any professional or ATS-friendly CV. Instead, I got an inferior and a very substandard CV that was way below par and they had no clue what a CV should be like. Their LinkedIn profile was nothing better and way too long. They lied to me about what they could offer and did not care about my satisfaction. Their CV writer was not qualified or skilled. Their salesperson, Reshma was constantly lying and was misleading. I regret wasting my money and time on Foundit. Such companies should be blacklisted and not allowed to operate as they trick people who are in a vulnerable situation and desperate for a job.

I previously shared a review regarding the job fraud conducted by monster/foundit. I would like to provide an update on the situation. After facing numerous challenges and engaging in extensive email communication, I involved the cybercrime department and Cyber police, sending them detailed emails. I have finally received a refund for the amount they had charged. It is possible for you to reclaim your hard-earned money as well if you take action. I encourage you to raise your voice and seek justice.

This company is real cheat company. Earlier Monster was better. Hearing it took over by found it, i believed i would get the similar service of monster but they cheated only got resume written and linkedin updatation. They said they assist in each and every step assign the relationship manager till the end of the job seeking process. All are fake promises.Don't ever by the service from foundit

The worst services ever, they are professional in follow up for pushing doing the payment and when payment is done nothing will be happen, no update no follow up no nothing, you will not be able to understand anything, you will be the one that try to reach them and no any positive responds. Waste of time and money, not recommended at all.

The money spent on this service turned out to be a complete waste. The search quality is exceptionally poor, and the results provided have no relevance to my professional background.

I opted for their resume writing service, only to find it to be a total waste of money. They lack the knowledge of incorporating keywords based on the profession description in the UAE. Moreover, their CV writers lack professionalism.

While they were quite professional in their follow-ups until they received payment, their commitment to completing the purchased service dwindled afterward.

Despite their promise to distribute my resume to top recruiters in the region, I did not receive any calls except from a company offering migration services. Even after subscribing to the service, they continued sending emails with false commitments, urging me to subscribe to the service I had already purchased.

As numerous others have reported, the company seems focused on selling its products rather than providing a genuine service. I found better opportunities on free job portals. When questioned about this, there were no satisfactory answers, just empty promises. I strongly advise against using this service, as it will likely lead to disappointment, wasting both time and money. It's unfortunate that we can't give negative stars, as they would certainly deserve them!

Hi, Be careful with foundit. I personally had a very bad experience.

I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the Foundit recruiter portal. Despite having paid for access in two regions, the service proved to be a waste of money. The search quality is notably poor, and results beyond the first page predominantly feature profiles of candidates from three years ago. Furthermore, contact numbers and job positions are often outdated.
Despite not utilizing the service for 4 months, attempts to cancel the service and got response its not possible!!!. This experience has been nothing short of disappointing, leading me to categorize it as a #fraud, #wasteofmoney, and certainly #notrecommended

Very bad resume templates. They have no alignment, poor choice of colors, inconsistent icons, and poor font styling. Also no support for resume revisions. They promised to promote my profile but I've not got a single call from recruiters.

Foundit called me at a time when I was using Naukrigulf and was not satisfied with their service. They convinced me that they are the leading job portal in the GCC region. I was at least getting some calls from naukrigulf and their service was less expensive.

The fact that none of the reviews here received any response from foundit is enough to understand the level of their service. I would recommend naukrigulf, they are not the best but at least they try.

I have paid the amount for the services on 9 November and until today there has been no update which i was promised within 7 working days. I have several WhatsApp messages confirming they will complete the task ..but it was a promise which they NEVER completed. Please DO NOT pay , once you have paid there will be no response from these cheater. I was dealing with two consultants Nihal & Divya make sure they are not in touch with you as you will lose money in any case if you paid "foundit" ....opps "Lost it" should be the real name

I’m truly disappointed with Foundit’s services.

They make false commitments, taking money from those desperately seeking jobs, promising interviews within two weeks and extended services if needed.

The person who was initially in contact, She has ceased communication for a month, ignoring my messages, and they refuse to refund any amount.

Their claims of having numerous recruiters in contact, extensive traffic, and abundant job opportunities are all deceitful.

It’s a distressing and repulsive experience dealing with such dishonest practices.

The main reason I went for this service was the promise my CV will be passed ‘internally’ to recruiters in the Middle East.

I was very apprehensive, however I was given multiple assurances of the service.

It has been two months and have not heard anything. Although the communication with the representative was good at the beginning, now you just don’t get a response.

I would urge, no matter how tempted you are for this service, no matter how much they try to persuade you, it’s just not going to work. I would definitely avoid it.

Career booster executive (gulf) package. after 5 months still struggling . Payment was taken in Indian rupees for gulf jobs. After 2months realised that they have no expertise, nor understand the market. They are not aware of the hiring cycles of every industry. May be they learn after taking money from customer. Most of the verbal promises are made up. Extremely upsetting and disturbing. Have done a grave mistake. What an ill-fated day I received call from these fellows. But looking at the heavenly reviews below, lowers anxiety, good that somebody received benefit.

You can not unsubscribe from the site. Be careful as they will spam your inbox with emails despite the amount of email sent to them and changing the subscription methods.

As many have reported on here - the company is only there to sell its products no service I got better offers from free job portals and when questioned on there were no answers just lip service. Please avoid as you will be highly dissappointed and lose both time and money! Shame we can't give minus stars as these guys would definetly earn them!

team response was actually good , but the process is bit slow i would say .
its been 4 months i have taken the assistance , after cv writing and linkedln 3 months it took for me receive a call from the recruiters every time i used to navigate the website and do login it always show your profile is bookmarked , or some one viewed and downloaded . i was loosing hope that i may get at least one opportunity or not,

but the sale representative used to interact when ever i used to mail or ping them a text .
prompt response has been their so far,,,,,

little patience is required if any one planning to take the services , overnight things are not going to happen. that is what i understood from this service.

all i want to say service is good , and the reason because i have finalised the one opportunity .and am moving forward

This is fake and job scam company. Useless CV writing and job hunting services. They promised something else but actual service zero. They don’t have professional CV writer. The sales guy Aayush Chawla mislead the customers and after getting the payment, he doesn’t take care of customer. I will not recommend anyone for Foundit services. This is just wastage of money so avoid them.
