The entire process was a mess since the beginning, my agent who she was supposed to help me and train me , she was insulting me during the entire process via Whats'App, her name was Lina.
Horrible treat and very disturbing, I do not recommend to anyone to work for this people.

Until they get money, they are available all the time. After payment, they are invisible and not guiding properly, not a single call from any recruiter, they told lot of companies are tied-up to them. They cheat people with no shame. Very Fraudulent, unethical and no care for customer attitude is there with all the employes in all level.

I have taken the services for Career Booster and Highlighter, but i havent received any opportunity in , 1st Month but later on i got awesome opportunity

They convinced me for $249 package saying they have lot of good offers for me, and they have connections with HR in big companies. They were sending me hundreds of messages in whatsapp until I did the payment. After the payment there is no reply for my messages.

I bought Career booster package which provides new Cv and job hunt - resume was delivered on time as per the expectations it was prepared will appreciate, job hunt took little time as i was looking for remote jobs, initially i got interview calls for hybrid jobs then I informed them, after 2 days I started getting remote jobs for profile - finally got settled with a good organizations- got a good discount for the package as well -

Beware! Fake jobs are posted here and phishing attempts are made all the time. These guys are bad news! Stay away! They will inundate you with a tsunami of junk emails and there’s no opt-out to stop them once you’ve signed up initially.

I have hired them to help me in finding job in the Middle East and they have suggested that my current CV needs to be modified to the machine readable format and I have to purchase CV services from them, which I did as I am loking for the job desperately.
However when they have started from my current CV, they have assigned a person who has no previous experience of CV writing and filled my CV with 4 pages of drama script, which no one would be bothered. Despite of several complaints they havent changed that CV writer (so called) I have spent my time and forwarded the amended CV, but she wasnt able to eve pick from there. I have spent much of my time to help her out with the CV with more than 6 revisions. In the end when I have demanded to review the CV with machine readability, they have replied that they dont have any such capacity with them?? They have sold me the services on the pretext to change my exisiting CV to the machine readablity, while they knew that they dont have any such capacity.. Simply fraud.
They have spent 2 months in CV writing, and once finalised, they have to mobilise their ground teams to approach head hunters and talent aquisation managers of various target companies to get me the job offers, as per agreement. But one month has passed since the CV was finalised and I havent heard back from them, despite of sending reminders everyday. Initially they have informed me that their ground teams would be contacting me for my preferences, but since last one month I am waiting for their email. Now the contact person is claiming that they have got the information about my preferences where I havent had any such correspondance with them.
On their website, I even cannot choose the roles I would like to prefer as I have to choose from the list, where I dont find my preferred job roles. I have informed them, but no action yet.
They even stopped responding my messages.If possible I would be giving them score in mius five (-5). Total Fraud, and I have lost £350, at the time when I am desperate for the job. I am going to report them for the fraud preventation agencies in the UK, atleast others would be prevented from their fraud.

If there was a zero i would give it to them. Not sure how a company such as Monster.com doesnt monitor the work of the company that they designated for Asia and the Middle East. The most unprofessional company for CV writing. They dont even understand the business of CV writing. They cram up the page with useless information that nobody reads and sometimes doesnt even make sense, fluff BS words instead of making it direct and to the point, they even made up experience I've never done before and added it to the CV. They did three revisions and i had three phone calls with them and everytime with someone supposedly more senior than the one before and they were just not getting it, i also had to dictate what is to be written, which is beside the point of hiring CV writers who should be advising you on best practice. I wasted $400 down the drain and hours of my time, i just did not continue. Don't even think of working with them

some Agent, Sumayya, called me for promotional offer and she was trying to interrogate me. I really want to know about their offers. But this type of behavior is totally a no for me

Fraudster sitting in the company, they waste time, money and take happiness.
They are more troublemaker, sit without job instead of taking any subscriptions.
