I've been a customer of Fox Pharmacy for a while now, but ever since Katy Johnson became my account manager, my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. She's approachable, incredibly friendly, and always there when you need her. Her efficiency is off the charts, and she never misses a beat or disappoints. With Katy in charge, my life has honestly become ten times easier. She's simply amazing!

I have only had an account with Fox for a couple of weeks and every member of staff that I have spoken to couldn’t help me enough. They reply almost immediately when I need assistance, particularly Joanne & Taylor. Great company to deal with.

Amazing company, the staff are always so helpful if I telephone them to ask questions! Quick next day delivery of my products! No complaints at all just all positive! Definitely will be using them again in the future!

I find that the website changes very often & therefore confusing as it doesn't always recognise passwords, postcodes etc & you have to start from scratch all over again. This will be after sending emails, making phone calls to try to sort so sometimes it just feels less hassle to order from another company. Also, after being a customer for a considerable amount of time, having to resend records of qualifications to order a different kind of product is laborious & frankly annoying
