From my first visit to the Arnold Showroom and chatting with Ben, to the seamless design and expert fitting by Richard Quigley (Ben's recommendation), my experience with Frank Key Kitchen was flawless. The kitchen is top-quality and installed to the highest standards. Working with both Ben and Richard transformed what could have been a stressful project into an easy, well-managed process with just one point of contact for all trades. In short, my high expectations were not just met—they were exceeded. If you’re considering a new kitchen, Frank Key is absolutely worth a visit!

hired an Ali tower for 2 days from this company they took £300.00 deposit which I though was reasonable but for 2 days hire they charged me £260.00 which is extortionate, I wouldn't recommend this company to any trades person as soon as they have your money you don't have a leg to stand on who charges 260.00 for 2 days hire when its 160.00 for a weeks hire scammers and thiefs

Excellent delivery driver. Colin was exceptional after 4 previous failed deliveries from other companies Colin ensured our items were delivered. Great care and attention.

I placed an online order on 31/03 for delivery on 02/04. Upon delivery, I discovered the Shield Anchor Bolts were missing. These were vital for the job, meaning my entire project had to be put on hold when I wanted to complete it this weekend.
I called the branch within 10 minutes of delivery. Initially, I was told the items weren't on my order; after I insisted they checked again, they admitted the items were there but blamed a "system error" for not sending them to dispatch. I was promised a call back the following day (Good Friday) as she needed to look into this. When I stated that I needed these parts to complete the work this weekend, the staff member confirmed they were open Friday and Saturday and that I would be contacted.
It is now Sunday evening. I have received zero phone calls and zero emails. I am still missing the parts I paid for and have received no refund. Extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and the failed promised follow-up.

Colin was absolutely fantastic with our delivery on 4th April. I have ms with elderly mother in law and we needed as close to job as possible. He went above and beyond to get our delivery into the garden which was a massive help to us. Such a lovely kind gentleman, thank you so much. Shaun

Delivered today by Colin , noting was too much trouble and put the items where we wanted with no hassle, excellent friendly service provided , highly recommended suppliers and will use again in the future with no hesitation

Great product and service

First time I have used the online booking process and it was a breeze. Bags of decorative stone and soil arrived within the delivery window.
The driver, Colin, was really helpful and professional and was able to drop the load exactly where I wanted it, with no fuss. Thank you

Website was easy to use, however the live chat in the app on iOS doesn't seem to work great - I messaged to find out what time my delivery was supposed to come as it was down for AM delivery and I had somewhere to be in the afternoon - chat seemed to show the operator typing for ages but no message ever come through. Ended up having to close the app and start a new chat session then I managed to get a reply. Delivery ended up arriving late at around 1:30pm

However, the delivery driver Colin from the Somercotes branch was excellent and I cannot praise him enough, he explained the reason for the delay and managed to get the bags unloaded exactly where I wanted them (despite not having the best access), top man!

Simon at somercoates branch always makes the ordering process is easy as possible and providing competitive quotes on materials. Delivery came today and access is very tight. Rob managed to manoeuvre the wagon where no others have. After assessing the difficult route he managed to get the materials on site safe and efficiently, which made our job a lot easier.

Fantastic service from Stephen. We wanted to add a 2m x 900mm breakfast bar to a 12 year old kitchen and Stephen was able to match the base units and worktop exactly, to allow the whole lot to look original. Everything required for the install arrived when he said it would and we are very happy with it post installation.

Pleased with the 4-10 mm washed gravel, reasonable price and good customer service. Would have given 5 stars but TPN delivery eta kept being put back, made planning the day difficult. Driver however was very helpful in where to deliver load.
