365 Excel Vorlagen - 365 Tage Office für 19,95€, am 12.09.2026, als digitale Version gekauft. Keine Seriennummer erhalten und die Anwendung startet nicht. Schaut man in die Ordner der Vorlagen dann lohnt sich der Kauf für die Handvoll Vorlagen nicht. Kaufe dort bestimmt nichts mehr.

Zeitige zuverlässige Zustellung, Artikel wie beschrieben.

Ich habe ein Buch im PDF Format bestellt. Bezahlung ging sehr einfach (mehrere Möglichkeiten zur Auswahl) und der Download war auch "total easy". Der Preis war unschlagbar gut

Ich habe eine Software (Download)gekauft, eine Seriennummer war nirgends zu finden weder im Download noch im Kundenkonto ) An meine wiederholten mails an die Kundenservice habe ich bis jetzt nur automatische, allgemine Antworte , die das Problem nicht lösten, bekommen. Ich kann die Software nicht freischalten.

I received the Porsche 911 Boxermotor 1:4 engine kit for Christmas 2025. ISBN 4019631671400. I built the entire model only to find one part was missing. A very critical part: The Drive Gear (part 67). This is the gear that connects the model to the electric motor. In other words, without this gear the model doesn’t operate. Totally useless without it. I reached out to the company in December and was told a replacement part would be shipped to me in 5 days. Never showed up. Since then I have repeatedly emailed the company asking when the part will be sent. As always the answer is that it will be sent in 5 days. It’s now May 20, 2026, I just emailed the company again asking when the missing part will arrive. I’m guessing it will be coming in about “5 days”. It’s sad that my friend spent over $200 on this nice gift for me and it’s gone completely to waste, first because of poor quality control, and second because of the absolutely poor customer service at Franzis.

Die Motoren-Bausätze sind super. Das zusammen bauen war gut erklärt und wir freuen uns wie die Kinder, wenn das Soundmodul läuft und der V8 brummt.

Einfacher, unkomplizierter Bestellvorgang. Schnelle und vollständige Lieferung.

Habe eine Software erstanden, die sich auf Windows und als App auch auf Android nutzen lässt (angeblich).
Nachdem die App auf Android nicht funktioniert, habe ich bei Franzis nachgefragt und um Hilfe gebeten. Außer einer Mail mit dem Hinweis, man werde sich bei mir melden und ich solle bitte nicht noch mal nachfragen, habe ich seit einer Woche nichts von der Firma gehört. Das hat mit Kundenservice nichts zu tun.

Von der Bestellung über die Bezahlung, die Abwicklung und den Download alles Bestens! Das Produkt konnte ebenfalls überzeugen!

Alles prima bin sehr zufrieden .Dankeschön

Disappointing quality control on the Porsche 911 Boxer Engine kit
I purchased the Porsche 911 Boxer Engine model kit (290-part set) and while the concept is fantastic, the quality control is seriously lacking for the price.
Issues I encountered:
1. Warped valve guide rail - arrived significantly warped from the packaging, making it impossible to seat flat. Attempting to correct it with warm water made it worse.
2. Missing part - Part #74 (generator shaft bushing) was simply not included in the kit.
3. Known gear tolerance issues - the face plate gear has essentially zero clearance, a widely reported problem that Franzis is aware of but has not addressed.
I have contacted Franzis support but have yet to receive a response. For a premium-priced kit marketed to serious hobbyists, this level of quality control is unacceptable. I had to improvise workarounds just to continue the build.
The kit concept and design are genuinely impressive - hence 2 stars rather than 1. But Franzis needs to significantly improve their parts inspection and customer support response times.

Ein Programm gekauft und kann es nicht nutzen , da es bei der Anmeldung die Lizenznummer wissen will. die Info von Franzis stimmt nicht, da ich , wie zwar empfohlen die Seite gefunden habe , aber kann den Butten nicht anklicken. mehrere Versuche Franzis um Hilfe zu bitten klappte nicht . Ich habe schon bei Magic Programme gekauft .runtergeladen und dann auch alle Daten zur Aktivierung erhalten ( Problemlos) warum kann Franzis das nicht. werde warscheinlich nix mehr kaufen mfg Hans wegener
