I recently started to use FreeAgent and…
I recently started to use FreeAgent and so far so good! Expecially I like that you can get people (real people, no AI) on the phone to help with any questions/issues with the softwares- also very competent and nice people.
I gave 4 stars, rather than 5 only because I find something that could be easily improved: the Trading name as automated feature in both invoices and estimates, without having to change it back to Company names for the VAT returns.
Developers team- can we have this soon, please? I will change my score afterwards for sure!

Easy to set up and use
Easy to set up and use. Easy to link to my RBS business account. My only disappointment is the time it takes to sync FreeAgent with my RBS account - usually not the same day.

i used freeagent quite some time ago, then switched to quickbooks! Never again, back to stay with freeagent , support is phenominal, love it

FreeAgent is awesome - as is the Support Team!
I've been using FreeAgent for 10+ years now and it is awesome - as is the Support Team. They are all UK based, good to talk to and very helpful... plus the do know everything! ...and happy to help with any support questions when needed! 10/10

This page also contains links to various webinars aimed at different business types (sole trader, landlord and limited company) that you're welcome to watch to learn more about how FreeAgent works for businesses like yours.
Our Knowledge Base (https://support.freeagent.com/hc/en-gb?kb=) also has lots of different guides on how to complete any action with FreeAgent, so I’d recommend checking this out if you’re unsure how to do something in FreeAgent.
