Always excellent and very patient. A pleasure to deal with and have the reassurance of telephone support and guidance when you need it.

I love that this software handles both self assessment and final accounts / ct600 filing all in one package. As someone that needs to file both SA and company returns, this has really taken the headache out of year end. Please - for the love of god - do not tinker with the all-in-one approach! It was really frustrating using other providers before this due to them having so many separate packages and addons. The one price file it all simplicity is the reason I'm going to stick with FreeAgent going forward.

I am a relatively new user to FreeAgent. I invested time to learn how it all works and I'm loving how easy it is to navigate for the non accountant. The knowledge base is a comprehensive resource. However, I recently got stuck on a how to handle a particular type of transaction and Nicolas in customer support provided the answer immediately. Having instant access to excellent customer support is a real standout feature of FreeAgent.

Only been using FreeAgent for a couple of weeks but so far so good. Still exploring the software.

Im new to FreeAgent so not sure what to expect about my first contact. Spoke to Lauren who was very friendly and helpful, she quickly sorted out my issue. Very pleased.

Excellent support

As a new customer I find the app easy to use but the 10 screen captures you get per month as a sub contractor is not even realistic for receipts as we can get in some cases that many per day with fule ect needs looking into

So much to like but frustrating that the phone app doesn’t allow simpler ways of documenting expenses. Frustrating that the app keeps pushing me to purchase the receipt scanning subscription. I just want to take a photo and add the expense not buy more when I’ve already paid for a subscription which are now substantial. They should just include the smart scan at the standard subscription. Another bugbear When I create a new expense it keeps the last items details I don’t know if I am overwriting over the original one!
