Very disappointing experience.
Very disappointing experience.
When I placed my order, the items were shown as available, and I selected the 1-business-day express shipping option at checkout. On 15 June 2026, I was informed that the order would likely be dispatched on 18 or 19 June.
Today is 7 July 2026, and the order still has not been dispatched. I also followed up by email on 25 June 2026, but never received a response. As a result, I still have not received the goods and have no confirmed shipping date.
Offering express shipping while not dispatching the order for weeks - and then not responding to follow-up emails - is simply unacceptable.

Couldn’t be bothered to help attitude.
Today I emailed customer services and explained that I had a pair of their men’s shorts that I love - unfortunately I had lost the cord from them. I asked if they could help me obtain a new cord. They came back with a prompt reply that they couldn’t help! How disappointing from a high end company like this! Would it really have been that difficult for them to help me out?

Poor stiching
Owners claimed their brand is high end but in fact high price for avery poor result.
Even if the linen ii very nice , I'm very disapointed with the stiching wich is at a fast fashion level. The portuguese factory doesn't seems to know how a shirt must be done.

I am extremely disappointed with this…
I am extremely disappointed with this beach racket. I purchased (FrescoBall Carioca rackets) it for the first time, and right out of the box, it had a clear factory issue, so I returned it. While waiting for a refund, I decided to buy a new racket, hoping the first one was just a fluke. Unfortunately, after only a few days of use, the second racket snapped in half. I treated it with care, and there were no signs of wear or damage that would explain this. It seems like poor quality control, and now I’m out two rackets with no resolution in sight. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.

Buy with caution
I bought a pair of swim shorts for my father as a gift. After five months a hole appeared, it is clear that the stitching was faulty. My 65 years old father didn't do any acrobatics in it...
Customer care told me, because the shorts was purchased on yoox.com, they cannot do anything but give me a 15% off coupon. Of course, if you ever go to their website, you can see that they offer 15% off right away on a pop-up window. So that is really nothing.
They talked about their strict quality control, but it looks like in case of a fault, they just won't stand by it. I am still in high school, this was a big purchase for me to surprise my father. I thought a luxury brand will offer guarantee on their quality, so I can buy with confidence. The fact that I bought it from another store should not matter, they are still the manufacturer of this allegedly luxury product, which fall apart after 5 months. And they are okay with that like it is not their responsibily.
EDIT: To the company's reply: As I wrote to you in my email, I contacted the store. They told me that after three months of the purchase, they don't deal with any kind of complaint. Because it is likely a manufacturer issue. So I am completely alone with a faulty product, because both the seller and the manufacturer tell me it's the other party's fault. It is a shame, because the shorts were really nice...

This is perfect summer wardrobe stuff. The light linen shorts, shirts and trousers are incredibly comfortable even in the hottest most humid conditions. Looks stylish as well and always a pleasure to wear. The online service is excellent, always prompt with a swift turnaround and arrives beautifully packaged and in perfect condition.
