1 Star – Misleading product images for a £150 premium product I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this is warranted. I purchased the Mobilité Shorts for £150 because I specifically liked the clean design with the MOBILITÉ branding shown in every product photo on CDLP’s website. What I actually received was a completely different version. The MOBILITÉ and CDLP logos had been removed entirely, making the shorts look much more generic. At this price point, design details matter—that’s exactly what you’re paying for. After contacting customer service, they admitted that the shorts had been updated and the logo removed, but that they had simply not updated the product photographs. They apologised and offered a return. Whilst I appreciate the apology, that’s beside the point. Customers should receive what is advertised. If a product has been materially changed, the website should be updated before continuing to sell it. These are £150 shorts, not a £20 impulse purchase. Expectations are understandably much high

Invested in 10 pairs of the briefs a couple of years ago. They're really nice quality and look great, but after around 2 years in regular rotation with other underwear, all pairs have ripped at the waistband seam. I thought given what they cost they've last a bit longer than a couple of years.

Delivery is always late and take months to get, everytime.

I can’t speak to the quality of their product as i never received it, but I would offer caution to anyone considering ordering within the UK. The goods I ordered were passed to Fedex, who delivered to the wrong address. Fedex left no card at my address and the online tracker just said ‘delivered to an address which is not the recipients address’ (that’s useful!). Obviously these things happen and, having asked our neighbours, i contacted CDLP to ask for a refund. Initially i received an AI reply telling me the parcel had been delivered to my address, so I tried again and second time round (and 36 hours later) received a reply from CDLP staff, telling me it was my responsibility to contact Fedex! I can’t usefully do more with Fedex than i did, which is report the goods lost using an online form, so i have told CDLP that it is their responsibility under the UK consumer rights Act 2015 to resolve and have yet to hear back from them. For transparency, in case CDLP read these comments, my order number is 277989 and the response from CDLP is below. Be warned, if their chosen courier messes up, you will not be offered a refund or a return but will be invited to go through a second process of AI/chatbot/online hell with their courier! There’s a lack of understanding that the law requires that they resolve the issue.

For the fastest resolution, we would recommend contacting FedEx directly, as they are usually able to provide more specific information about where the parcel was delivered.

If you would prefer not to contact FedEx yourself, please let us know and we will of course be happy to contact them on your behalf. Please note, however, that investigations initiated through us typically take a little longer, as we need to wait for updates from their claims team.”

Be aware that an international buyer has to pay 15 EUR to return an item which I find prohibitive (I actually like their products but received a bad fitting tee shirt so I had to return it). They consider these fair return conditions that cover their fees. It certainly does, but it does not seem fair for the buyer in my opinion, so I decided not to order from them anymore (which in the end will make them lose money) which did not seem to bother them. Overall, very bad online customer experience.

I previously bought underwear from CDLP and was very impressed at the quality of t shirts and boxer shorts, however spending online over £600 on CDLP products I had to constantly chase them for an update on why my items were not received. We are now at the 6 weeks mark and this is totally unacceptable as the website never indicated that the chosen items were out of stock etc.
I now have received a refund but despite great underwear they lacked professionalism in their customer service. I hope they can pull their socks up.

Bought six tshirts from CDLP and payed 562,03 Euro. I wanted to return two of them to another size, for that they charged me 20 euros more... I used to love my tshirts from them now I'll never order again. They have even changed the size of their large tshirts without saying so on their website...

By far the best underwear. I use it under a suit to make me feel sharp, under a gi to make me feel powerful, under jeans to make me feel relaxed and at all times to make my package happy. So yes, the underwear is amazing and I'd like to add an extra honorable mention to the jockstrap, I make myself horny in those. But also, last but not least, their heavy terry hoodies are the absolute best, it's like wearing the concept of unmistakable quality, I mean the idea itself, perfectly manifested. Amazing feel, perfect thick hood and premium you can touch and see.

High end products, perfect as a gift for someone that likes, deserves or needs a little boost in everyday life. Also, very nice and knowledgable staff! It is a vibe to visit the intimate yet elegant boutique in Stockholm!
