Fresh Prep recipes are delicious. I love their no-waste and locally-sourced philosophies. I’ve had zero problems so far and the deliveries have been excellent. I’m kept well-informed of the timeline and it’s been accurate. I would recommend Fresh Prep!

Great Service and options
I'm genuinely really happy with Fresh Prep. There are generally plenty of options, with minimal duplication. I can only speak for meal kits and not ready made options. Food is fresh and good quality. I like that there is minimal waste. Another service I used had a lot of plastic that couldn't be recycled.
There are also a lot of snack and grocery items with comparable prices to grocery store.
Delivery dates, times, and tracking are great.

It has been very smooth to join and then benefit from the consistent meals for our loved one. The preparation is easy, the meals are nutritious and tasty.

I was really disappointed with my Fresh…
I was really disappointed with my Fresh Prep meal kit. The quality of the food and the overall taste did not meet my expectations. Many of the dishes were extremely peppery, yet somehow still lacked real flavor.
I’ve had meal kits before that were much better balanced and more enjoyable, so I was surprised by how underwhelming this one was especially given how popular Fresh Prep seems to be. I had high hopes going in, but unfortunately this box did not live up to them. I will be telling my friends and family to not get this unfortunately.

The (Ready-to-Eat) food is consistently good and varies from week to week. Delivery is always dependable. After breaking my (dominant) arm, Fresh Prep has been a real godsend.

Life saver
I have been immobile due to injury, and the convenience of to the door delivery has been a life saver. The option to add grocery items has saved trips to the grocery store, and my usual daily activities that are now an inconvenience. Food and menu quality is above par

Great food and the delivery along with the packaging is far superior to other meal prep providers. Far less waste which they offer to take back and recycle.
