I´m very happy with my experience working w/ Frozen Lemons. We´ve run a first round of 4 names, and I loved one of them.

Unfortunately, the pure .com domain wasn´t available, and I didn´t want to use a domain extension.

Not really their fault, bur they´ve agreed to make a revision, and returned me 4 more names (2 od those I loved).
So, would I recommend Frozen Lemons? 100% yes.

But there are 2 catches.

1) You, as the business owner, are the one that knows the ins and outs of your business. So, it´s very important that you tell them as much as possible about what you do, who you do it for, and what makes it different. What´s unique about your brand.

And 2) What kind of names do you prefer?
Descriptive names? Like Motion Design School.
Suggestive? Like Belly Bar (pregnancy nutrition).
Invented words? Like Imaginademy (imagination academy).

I´d risk saying that some people haven´t really put in the time to think about this. Perhaps this has contributed to the bad experience.

In a nutshell, help them out and give them as much info as you can. You´ll be rewarded with a few great names, and perhaps a keeper or two!

I was stuck - had been stuck for a few weeks - trying to name my company. FrozenLemons delivered 8 names in less than 36 hours. Of course, as with any creative process, I did not LOVE all eight but they were thoughtful and two really struck a nerve. I ended up naming my company with one of their creations. I love my first experience with Frozen Lemons! I am now on my second experience to name my other company. The process was efficient and all the names were thoughtful. Frozen Lemon made it difficult for my partners and I to chose just one name.

I think my positive outcome was due to my detailed explanation of how and why our company was founded, our mission and our product. The more information you provide the better your outcome.

Glad I did not listen to some of the low ratings and negative reviews.

Terrible service. Just terrible. If you ask me, they must use a nonsensical name generator website to come up with these names. I was unhappy with the first round of 8 names and asked for a revision and they just spit me out more terrible, nonsensical names five days later.

Total scam and waste of money. Do not use. I am very suspicious of the positive reviews on this platform. I suspect that they are fake.

I wished I saw Google reviews before using their service. The names they suggested had nothing to do with my company and brief, were completely uninspiring and downright laughable.

Told them I wasn't happy with the 8 names and i was entitled to 4 more renames, and it took a few days to arrive, but all equally useless names that could never make it as a company name. DO NOT USE THEM.

Spend the money on this! You may think you are creative, but they knocked it out of the park. Loved the ideas they came up with. I didn't do any research on the company or come across this review space. I did like their name - Frozen Lemons... so I decided to give them a try. Glad I did.

I reached out to Frozen Lemons, specified my requirements, and I received the naming suggestions the very next day from Maya.

The suggestions was really good I couldn't decide what to pick.

I'm really happy with name I had, and it was a really good start for a long journey.

When I heard there are groups out there that name your business for you, I was so excited. I didn't do a lot of research, just went with Frozen Lemons on an impulsive whim.
