Today I put ad blu in the diesel tank. Bela came out after a few hours and he explained the steps of what he was going to do. He did an excellent job as my car is running great without any issues so far.

Very prompt professional service. Drainer Cssba absolutely lovely guy. I felt so stupid at making such an idiotic mistake but he reassured me that it happens more than people realise. Thank you for such an incredible service.

I was so embarrassed to have put Ad Blue direct into my diesel fuel tank. Advised not to try and start the engine by Fuel Fixers and promised an engineer with in 90minutes. Engineer Csaba arrived on time, he drained the contaminated fuel from tank, flushed tank out and then added clean diesel. Csaba was a truly professional engineer and also a lovely men. Can only recommend.

I called in from frankley services on the M5 after filling with unleaded instead of diesel. Csaba came out to me within half an hour. He was extremely friendly and great to talk to, a credit to the fuel fixer team. He had me sorted and back out on the road in approximately half an hour so the turn around time from initial phone call to being back on the M5 was just under an hour. Thanks again!

I put add blue in my Vito diesel tank , every one told me since I drove it and it broke down I had messed up the e fuel system, this was confirmed by my mechanic ,who then told me it would be upwards of 3 grand to fix . I headed to my work group chat for advice from old men , after about 15 minutes of getting the pissed taken out off me , someone suggested fuel fixer. I called them paid the amount asked , it was no where near what I expected.I was assured the vehicle would be fixed , the technician drove from Aberdeen and had my vehicle up and running in under 4 hours , I would recommend these guys to anyone . From initial phone contact thy did all that they promised. including clear pricing policy. Darko and his van were well presented and because he attended my home address I gave him the car keys. After what felt like half an hour the job was completed with ample fuel for me to fill up locally. Total satisfaction!!!

I had filled my van with the wrong fuel late at night. I had a look on Google and found fuelfixer. After giving them a call they were able to send someone out and Tommy was there within the hour.

Fuel hero / fixer did what they said after I stupidly put ultimate unleaded petrol in diesel van. The engineer appeared promptly and got me back on road within the hour. Very expensive mistake but thanks for sorting and getting me back on road.

Last night, had issues with unfortunately filling my car with diesel rather than petrol. After phoning numerous different companies, I got these guys and a phenomenal chat who goes by the name DundeeDave. He arrived within about 45/50 minutes of my call and quickly drained the tank and got me safely on my way. An absolute gentleman who made me feel less of an idiot than I had felt at the time. Dave is a credit to the company!
