This is our second purchase over the years from Robert and Martin at Fuller Leisure. They are great, knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. Their customer service is second to none! With none of this silly, arrogant pressured, sales babble that you get elsewhere! They've given us a very fair price for our old vans and new van from them. I vaguely remember there was a small niggle on the old van which was something or nothing and sorted straight away. Excellent! The only reason we were changing our motorhome is due to ill health, we now need something a little more suitable! They really do go above and beyond. We are a couple of hours drive away and we wont go anywhere else and should the time come are happy to sit it out for the right van just so its through them! We have also recommended and will continue to recommend them to prospective buyers. Thank you Robert, Martin and the team! See you again but not too soon :-)

Sold Fuller Leisure our caravan and Steve was professional and engaged throughout. Doug arrived to check and collect it and was also a pleasure to deal with.

Purchased a caravan recently (pt/ex after buying wrong layout from another dealer), Fuller were the only dealer to accommodate our needs and the whole process with Fuller Leisure was smooth and professional, bought it unseen (other than web images), went to see it a week later and drop off our current van, then collected it a week after, sales staff were accommodating allowing us to view it whilst it was not fully valeted etc, the handover was very professional and relaxed and several weeks after taking ownership we have not had any issues or reason to go back to Fuller for any repairs etc All round a great purchase, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a caravan ...

Buy with confidence

We bought our motorhome from Fullers in February this year. Rob was our salesman, he made us feel at home and very welcome.

This is our first motorhome so we were not too familiar with the ins and outs of motor-homing.
We had done a bit of homework online so did have some idea of the layout we required. Rob showed us a couple that seemed to fit the bill. He was very knowledgeable and exerted no pressure whatsoever. We decided on the one for us and paid our deposit there and then.

An added bonus was it was fully serviced and new items fitted where needed or looked a bit worn. There was also the comfort of full service, habitation check and a no quibble 12 month warranty.

Communication from ordering to pick up was excellent. We were kept up to date and a pick up date was agreed to fit in with our schedule.

Handover was excellent. We were shown everything from lighting the cooker to using the control panel in detail. We came away confident in our ability to be able to survive our first trip out.

I would like to emphasise this was a used motorhome and we expected to have some teething problems. I have resolved a few very minor things myself within reason, which I personally didn’t think were worth hassling Fullers about. We did have a couple of problems early on that needed to be fixed by them though. It took one phone call and all was resolved straight away.
10 months down the line we had a problem with our solar panel and tyre pressure monitoring system. Again one phone call and it was booked in and repaired with no hesitation.

I can’t fault the service we have received from Fullers. My thanks go to Rob (sales and aftercare) and David (maintenance engineer) who went above and beyond. Also my thanks go to everyone behind the scenes.

If you want to buy with confidence I can thoroughly recommend Fuller Leisure.

We have just bought a caravan from Fuller Leisure. The service was excellent from start to finish. Rob from the sales team was very informative but not pushy. The process was smooth, the van was thoroughly checked and cleaned and there was a very detailed handover by Alan from the workshop. Would highly recommend. A great service all round.

Having traded for a newer and different model about 4 months ago, we cannot fault the workshop team for their after sales service. We have had a few minor issues with the new purchase, but Dave, Nathan and the worship team have promptly and positively responded to any of our emails and calls and resolved everything we have raised so far. Unfortunately the front decor panel blew off the front of the Swift on the way to Fullers for a planned visit, but they sourced a replacement and fitted it within 2 days, working with us so that we could sleep in the motorhome overnight at a nearby pub. Excellent after-sales service, thank you.

Thankyou fullerleisure team what an amazing company, from the start of buying our motorhome to any problems we’ve had sorted quickly and efficiently. Everyone was polite and friendly and nothing to much we will be back when upgrading.

We have had many dealership vehicles and the handover was the most comprehensive out of all of them.
Steve had great customer service and explained things thoroughly and with good humour.

It’s what they don’t tell you about the vehicle that is the problem, very expensive mistake when less than a year later when you take it to another garage and the vehicle fails mot with rust and corrosion not mentioned at the point of sale. Also their quotes for repair aren't to be trusted , way more when you have the work dome with them. Lost faith in them after believing them for 6 months when exhaust wasn’t secured properly, on way to holiday when starter motor failed, diesel heater replaced twice, suspension arm corroded, peeling exhaust box, corroded springs. After trusting Rob the salesman. Who said it’s like new we had so much work done on it….dont believe someone who appeared trustworthy.. it you do buy take it to another garage within 6 month warranty it’s a lot of money to loose.

Once again brilliant service from all at Fullers.

I bought my Swift Fiat Ducato Bessacarr motorhome back in December 2023. I'd like to say thank you to the Fuller team and mention all the people I came across: Martin (sold it to me), Rob sorted out the paperwork when I picked it up, Steven did the handover, Nathan (workshop) dealt with most of the after sales - sorting a few things out, Dave too. I also spoke to Tim on the phone a few times. A great bunch of people, friendly when you're there on site after the sale as well - the fact you got a 12 month guarantee and some wriggle room on the price made all the difference for me at that point. Moreover, the after sales service makes it a five start review. A special thanks to Nathan who had the patience to help me a lot as I was totally new to motorhomes. I highly recommend Fuller Leisure. We had to travel over 100 miles to find what we wanted. Martin at fuller leisure looked after us really well. When we came to pick up the caravan Joe gave us a very detailed explanation of the equipment.

The after service from Fuller’s Leisure has been incredible. We have had touring caravans for 30+ years and owned various makes with issues post purchase struggling with other companies getting warranty work carried out. Not so with this company every item sorted immediately plus such friendly and helpful advise. Our main contacts have been Nathan and David their helpfulness and friendly attitude have made us feel that we wouldn’t want to go to any other company for a touring caravan.

Great genuine family dealer. Surprised more people haven't commented !
They have a great range of motorhomes and vans and did us proud with ours.
