i bought a travel insurance but did not receive my policy after successful bank deduction for more than 2 weeks. called 5 times, send email to follow up but no reply. this is bad. please do not buy FWD insurance as the help desk is useless.

this is wil be my last time buying or promoting your travels policies.

I have a claims that has been given to 3rd party. It has been 3 months and there are no news. Please assist urgently.

Bought this travel insurance for my Europe trip. Unfortunately, my luggage was badly damaged after my return trip from Europe. Tried to lodge an insurance claim for the damage luggage was swiftly ignored, deeming it minor. Tried to reason it with the claim department on the impact and was immediately ignored by them. FWD was always my GO TO for any travel insurance if I’m going for trips. But now, this is a company I would never want to associate with.

Hello I would like to ask to anyone had already experienced their life insurance with investment 5yrs my question if you can rely them after 5yrs if nothing will happen to you if you can get money back like called investment and how much?
That agent calculated my monthly is about 100$ then I only paid 5yrs then after that I can benifits till 100yrs then I get back the investment is that true?

I bought a travel insurance plan that covers before and during trip. 1 week before my travel date, i was hit by a car and i have knee fracture and was unable to travel. I put in my claims online and very soon, the officer Mike Neo got in touch with me. Within a 1 week after i submitted all my documents, they have approved it and refunded the accommodation amount to me. Without any hassle, and no back and forth. It was a breeze to submit claims and I am pleasantly surprise at their efficiency. Will only buy FWD trave insurance moving forward

I have been a client of FWD for several years now, both in home insurance as well as travel insurance. Not only do they handle claims efficiently and professionally, they provide all the necessary support for their clients. Claims are easily submitted through their app, and they respond to clients very quickly.

We often purchase our travel insurance with FWD but we've never made any claims on all previous occasions until our recent trip to Europe. We were caught in flight cancellations & delays as a result of airport closure in Dublin due to security threat as well as cyber attack in parts of Europe. Upon our return, we submitted all relevant documents to FWD claiming for hotel stay & delayed arrival of baggage. Within days, our claims were approved and the money was deposited the following day. It was easy dealing with the company and they were efficient in processing our claims. We were happy with the service. Will purchase from them again.

Purchased a FDW policy during their campaign period last year. Promotion promised a $50 Capland Voucher after 120 days (of no policy cancellation). Its been more than a year and several emails going back and forth on the status, but FWD has only responded with holding replies.
