zou een verificatie mail krijgen maar nooit gekregen... meerdere keren om hulp gevraagd en totaal geen antwoord meer terug.
Wel betalen maar een game key sturen zit er niet in, graag heb ik antwoord anders ben ik genoodzaakt om via PayPal mijn geld terug te vorderen.
Update: (Admin is terug gekomen op het probleem en hebben dit goed opgelost, bedankt voor de snelle en goede afhandeling!)

Invalid key, slow support
Sold an invalid key for a game. Very, very, slow support.
Update: 4 days to recognize my problem and my request for a refund, 5 more business days to issue the refund.
Spend your money somewhere else.

Invaild Key, this happens too often. And you pay extra to get protection for this? Does it mean their key sellers is scammers?

Ongeldige serials
Ik had een key gekocht voor Total War: Warhammer 2. Dit kreeg ik zeer snel binnen maar was helaas een al gebruikte key.
Dit ook gelijk aangegeven en een geschil geopend.
Klantenservice was zeer onvriendelijk en reageerde ook na 2 berichten niet meer.
Via PayPal heb ik mijn geld teruggevorderd (ook op PayPal werd niet gereageerd door hun).
Geen enkel bericht meer gehad van ze.

3 Spiele hier gekauft, bei 2 einen Key bekommen, der schon im Gebrauch war. Support antwortete schnell und ich habe mein Geld wiederbekommen, aber das ist einfach nicht akzeptabel. Ich werde mir den Stress sparen und nicht mehr auf dieser Seite kaufen.

Overall a great store
Overall a great store. I only have had one problem so far (more than 50 transactions) and that one case got resolved quickly and without much effort. Service and Support is great, i can truly recommend this website. I personally chose reliability over price, that is why this is my favorite vendor for steam-codes.

Really bad service
Bad service, bought a key which didnt work. Customer Support took days to answer, although i delivered all asked information to them i didnt get my money back. Lucky that paypal covers that. Never buying again on that site

My experience so far...
I have had in total about 4 aquisitions from G2play.net since I first found this site (leaving kinguin.net aside, which I am also customer of).
3 out of the 4 went with no trouble, keys delivered instantly, no complaints.
The fourth aquisition has been revoked by steam for having been actually revoked by g2play for being stolen. Inconvenient, but the issue has been solved in under 72hours with a small compensation from their side, and a refund.
Support speed could definitely be better but all in all their mechanism of solving problem works.
With these being said, truth has been reflected in this paragraphs so it is up to you customers if you decide to further trust in Kinguin.
