I have telephoned and e-mailed with no success, customer service is non existent in my case.

The service was both welcoming and effective, complemented by excellent products.

I am the proud owner of a beautiful Gabriel Ash Portico Greenhouse . I use it for the usual potting up , sowing seeds, overwintering plants. It is also a place of peace to sit for breakfast / lunch etc . I have had if for 8 years . Recently I had some water ingress . Gabriel Ash arranged , very quickly, for this to be repaired . Dan arrived today he did a thorough assessment, discovered the problem and meticulously repaired it. A beautiful product backed up by excellent staff

Poor quality ceader wood rots within 8 years guarantee only covers manufacturing not wood very poor reaction would not buy again especially how expensive they cost

Gabriel Ash offers attractive greenhouses with great service from start to finish. Their team is professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. The greenhouse quality is solid, and installation goes smoothly thanks to their support. Although there can be occasional communication hiccups, they resolve issues promptly. Overall, a dependable company for greenhouse enthusiasts.

I love the greenhouse I bought but customer service is terrible. Because of this I wouldn‘t buy another Gabriel Ash Greenhouse. Plenty of other greenhouses out there.

The company was fabulous. And Nick the builder was great despite rain and snow.

From the date I made my first enquiry all the people I dealt with were helpful, friendly and efficient. I ordered the Classic Grow & Store which was delivered on the date I had specified and the installers did an excellent job errecting it with no problems, they also assembled the Baby Grand Coldframe leaving it, as requested, in the garage as the site for it had not been complted. All in all a problem free experience from my point of view.

Gabriel Ash have been a delight to deal with, from the beginning, when I discussed which type and size of greenhouse that I required, to delivery and installation.
Sales had sent me their excellent brochure which contains all the types and details of their range. I chose the Classic Eight, 8ft x 10ft to give me more room and allowed me to push my wife, in her wheelchair, into the greenhouse. Ordering was simple and straight forward and the conformation details sent to me covered everything.
An agreed date, the final payment made, and the installation done by two cheer-full, efficient employees. Result: a beautiful, superb, well made, greenhouse that would shine-out in any-body's garden. My pride and joy!

Quality product, poorly installed. Shed section had to be re-roofed. Expect rain to ingress into green house section, apparently it is normal..

Delighted with our greenhouse! Everyone at Gabriel was extremely helpful, especially when we altered the size after paying the deposit. The man who carried out the installation was very thorough and did a great job.

I ordered a Louvre window for my beautiful 6x8 Classic. As always very efficient with prompt delivery and good packing. I’m a lively 79 year old and I managed to install it with no problems. It was reassuring to know the tech boys would be at the end of the telephone if I encountered any problems.
If you are contemplating a Gabriel Ash greenhouse “go for it “ you won’t be disappointed!!!

Ordered a cold frame and was delivered twice and each time was unable to actually assemble it so was returned. Very poor customer communication as to time frames. One person even admitted that they spoke to the person on the construction line who admitted to cutting corners. The only good thing was the speed of the full refund when I’d had enough. Bought one elsewhere which was a fraction of the cost, delivered in 2 weeks and actually was of far better quality. May

You gave no update on order status and delivery time, and did not have the courtesy to reply to my email enquiry. The order arrived unannounced and is OK

Excellent greenhouse. Really well made. We had a concrete base poured and they helped answer a few questions. We opted to pay for installation and the process was well organised. The installer worked very hard in the rain and mud with no complaints. Pleasant phone calls and interaction with staff. Well done!

Good web site, showed easy to follow instructions for installing our extra shelving.
