Played up to 45hrs of this game and only started it a couple of weeks ago. Really really fun game, but there's next to no development on it as far as I've researched (bar a few reskinned weapons).

No balancing in-game (for something that is 6 years old, this is ridiculous), overpowered/underpowered weapons, a lot of hackers and unfriendly to new players.

Needs to be balanced, worked upon and improved. The company just seem to be in it for the money, rather than the game itself.

If players see that they're trying, and the game becomes balanced, the community will grow. Many people avoid this game sheerly because it's massively unbalanced and unfair.

Check the games steam reviews developers.
Hire proper admins, instead of prepubescent teens as it appears.
Make the game fair and fun.

One of the best games I've played in years.

Just won a mission by out-pointing the opposition in overtime ... which did not register, allowing the opposition to re-cap and win.

There is literally no way to win as this is literally not a game. It is an incomplete piece of code marketed to scam money out of unsuspecting users. DO NOT GIVE A DIME. DO NOT GIVE YOUR TIME. GAME DOES NOT WORK.

The company has recently laid off multiple employees and closed its UK office.

Nothing remotely close to a working game. Even after six emabarrassing years. Backsteps, bugs, and BS abound for an irresponsible and directionless company that has spent years floundering a game with a dedicated fanbase who wish nothing more than the sale of the IP to a more successful publisher.

Server performance is completely unplayable and despite endless pleas the company will not even address the problem. The best vets and streamers have all quit due to admitted frustration with the untenable BS.

Be prepared to get teabagged as every one of your shots fails register.

Bad customer support, its like they are typing the same information over and over again like they have a script for each common problem and know what to respond to it.

Been playing the game for years and supported the game $600+, pro apb player recently ban, no full investigation at all doesn't Treat people with some decency automated message sent to your inbox "We regret to inform you that this account has been closed, as someone with access to this account was observed using third-party tool which violates our posted Terms of Service policy. This account will not be unblocked and all current/future tickets will be closed and no further action will be taken on this account. which doesn't even address the problem when you weren't even cheating or using a hack.

yet Tiggs the community manager states "For those that claim, omg I wasn't cheating... yes, yes you were and you've been caught.". ignorant? though Fairfight already has a long history of false banning on other games just google it.

lol, so lets start, ive been playin this game since RTW (Real TIme Worlds) it was a good game, so I played APB reloaded, and it was meh so much lag that you cant play but it got better after I got a 1GBPS connection, still around 50ms, I'm 15 (dont jude) spent £200+ and got banned for fair play so this company is all about the money I wasted that money and when I asked for a refund (the items I brought said refundable) they said no even tho I sent them the screenshot of proof and nothing, and I know a couple of cheaters with triger and aimbots and made a scene about this on forum and I have been ingnored and there fake accounts and mains are still unbanned.

P.S I had my account blocked manually and not banned by fairfight

Was banned for reporting pedophiles to the admins. The pedos happened to be friends with the admins so I was ignored, when I reported them again I was banned for "sexual harassment".

Report gamersfirst to the FBI for fraud and harbouring pedophiles. Don't buy anything, and definitely do not let your children play this game.

This company is purely about taking your money and not bothering to help the customer!

I played APB (All Points Bulletin) with them and a car game which they made and was TERRIBLE, so I removed and played APB which they did not make, but took over.. The game is really good, do not get me wrong... It's a grinding game but that's not the point of this Trust Pilot...

My point is the company, for which I would avoid as much as possible and never touch again... I had over a years with of premium, bought content and in total I spent over £300 on the game, I was a devoted forum member and helping the game as much as possible because I loved it, then one day during the social lobby of APB, I seen an admin talking not very nice to people, which I said about doing your job right and treating people with respect... I reported this and thought nothing of it but a crappy job work ethic... Next day I logged on and I was banned.... I wrote a ticket and raged because of how much money I spent with them, their response to me was... The character was deleted and account was locked because of cheating.... (Made me seriously smash my old PC up) when they accused me of hacking/ cheating with all the money I put into the game, time and community helping... Yes people post on the internet saying they are clean, that I could prove because I streamed all my gameplay and sent them proof and they did not care, screenshots and they did not care, they said I was hacking/ cheating..... Then during many emails they sent, one popped up saying I was being offensive to other members, so some how it changed and made no sense what so ever, so I raged into arguments with them, they did not listen and just took my money, for which they did not even refund me the rest of the year I paid, so on those above, avoid this company and their games at all costs, no matter how good things look!

I do not understand why I would spend so much money and time, to risk losing it... It makes no sense and I had a very high level character with permanent items which where really good.... All gone!

APB is a great game and worth the time to play, but not while the company behind it are in charge, also the company behind it did not make it so that is even better.

-I've been around since close beta on g1 and this game is awesome, I can't play it anymore because my pc can't take the updates...constant 25/30 fps not playable! They do not have real support, the only add kits and clothes like is a fÜcking parade or something, No gms active, gamers first is really a small 3 floor office building with a small team! They only have ONE graphic designer that makes like 1 car kit once every 6weeks.

They will milk the game till it will be unplayable, it is very hard for low-mid rigs to run this game because it is so badley optimized!!! the game was never finished to start with! The company has a past for milking games.. and now in 20fucking15 they only have APB and Fallen Earth left.... what happened to Warframe?? what happened to AirMech? and other..

This year 2015 ( apb has a strugle with gta5 ) because it was made by the same guy that did the franchise, but apb is unique and has so much potential that is going down the drain....NO servers, NO advertisments, very few f2p content...you are too small do a partenership with other bigger companies like EA or some who are CAPABLE.

Engine update, server merge, new matchmaking...all of there are things this game NEEDS to SURVIVE. For instance GTA V is better at almost every aspect. So after you are done with this (hopefully you ll hit the timeline this time) focus on some gameplay improvements. Make new districts, add new contacts, rework matchmaking, add some FREE TO PLAY content. People are getting sick and tired of that if they want something new they need to pay for it. Missions are too repetitive and you get the same opposition every time. There are only 2 mission districts and 2 fightclubls...many players know streets of San Paro better then they know the streets of their hometown. Biggest advantage of being in a clan (except for having someone to play with) is that you have additional chat group. Community is long asking for a race district....why not give it a try? Not mentioning that it is not very welcoming to the new players as well, because they got dropped in open conflict district, where they got matched against high rank golds...GG WP. This game has really great potential I believe you CAN make it better. You just need to focus on some gameplay improvements as well. Please dont take these words as some sort of offense but this is really opinion of many players out there so please reconsider what I just wrote. Good luck and I m sorry for my bad English!

I've mainly had the pleasure of dealing with Gamersfirst via the game APB:R (All Points bulletin: Reloaded)
A game previously developled by RTW (Real Time Worlds) but they couldn't get it running and thus Gamersfirst took it over.

I give it 4 stars and why I do so is because:

It's a unique game. there isen't really any other game quite like it with it's intense gameplay. It's immensive customization and it's many variations of game style.
Many draw a resemblance to GTA. I can see that, and I also can't. As this is a solely multiplayer game.

There are known flaws of the game. It's servers in paticular are running slow, and it's influenced badly by ones own connection speed.
But one have to keep in mind the amount of data being sent back and forth. Every player and his or hers car, has it's own customization. It's resulting in a massive data transfer to load all these features that has to be shown to everyone else. So in regards of how much interference and lag there is compared to how every character and car is different. I'd say it's a fair deal.

Next on the list comes the prices in the store. The game has an online store that allows purchases for real life money, to be converted into a game currency that can be used to buy clothing, cars, weapons and more. Generally weapons (If you need to buy them for your character to use forever) costs around 25$

While some say this is a lot, I would also argue against it as normally to be able to aquire this weapon you'd have to play the game for a long time to be able to unlock the same weapon normally.
There are some weapons that you cannot unlock normally ingame, They can only be attained in the store. On the other hand though, not every weapon in the game is needed to play the game fully. And there are also weapons which can't be bought int he store.

Lastly on my point is the community base.
I will agree on that the game is heavily infested with people who have taking measures to improve their game play, rather drastically.
They use extra programs, change files in the game to give them an upper hand when fighting others.
This is a bannable offense and they will be dealt with when/if the anti-cheat system gets them.
That being said, the previously used anti-cheat system used was Punkbuster. A rather solid, but not fully capable anti-cheat system (In my opinion and many others) and Gamersfirst dosen't have enough staff to dedicate full hours Game Masters to monitor the servers and games for possible abusing users.

But just this month, Gamersfirst introduced their new Anti-cheat system in use for APB:R called FairFight. A system used in many other big known shooter games.

So, to sum it all up:

TLDR: The game has some flaws with a rough playerbase, but is nice when you get to know some. The prices are fair as weapons are unique on both sides of the store and contact weapons.
Yes the servers are laggy, but with the amount of data transferred it's a fair trade.


I for one support Gamersfirst in all their efforts to make APB, their company and othr games, a better place for all.

This game company is the worst wich i saw in my life . I will do a review in favor of apb reloaded . This company is only interested to milk people . They not care about anything else , THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING !.The prices are high for example a perm gun in apb cost at 20-30€ . The support is a joke , they only copy and paste answers like a bot and not help you . They do nothing against cheater even you report . The anti-cheat software wich is called punkbuster seems not able to detect cheater , plus often regular player are gettin false banning for nothing .And if you get ban , you can say Good bye to your account , you will never get it back no matter you cheated / do something against the term rules or not . They not even show proof for ban , they just copy and paste what you already know .If you offend someone , you can get ban directly without any warning , just imagine you invested 200€ on the game and get ban for saying Fu..k Y.u :) There is no active GM/Admin online in the game . The Server are still laggin and have problems , im sure they runing the serverv on a pc with windows 95 and intel pentium 1:) , othwerise i cant explain how this is possible .I hope this company will be broke one day , they really deserve it .

ive been playing APB since back when released by RTW = real time worlds. back then they had an amazing game. gamers first tho managed to ruin the game completely.
we were like 10-20 friends playing the game. but the fact that they just permanently ban your account for cheating when u in fact didnt do anything at all. is just wrong ive spend so much money on things in their stores to take a break from the game come back to a banned account a few months latter. didnt even recive an email from them.
and when i emailed them countless times it was allways the same automated response, they dont give a flying duck abaout anything else than milking their products.

and let me tell u how they tell if u cheat or not. since their anti cheat failed hugely for them they decided to ban on statistics for an example if u hit 9/10 shots for half an hour then 2/10 shot for half an hour and back and fourth they will say ur cheating thats how they see it. so if u by any chance are good at suchs games involving aiming and shooting be sure u will get banned sooner than latter.

I wont tell much of a different story from the rest of the reviews so I might just well add fuel to the fire.The only reason between me and the rest is that I have spend little to no money on this game at all.And I can tell you why:

1.Their marketing strategy is only to milk the living crap out of any game they own.Prooves my point with Warrock(game got milked to death and dropped) and APB:Reloaded (Slowly dying).They do NOT care about their consumer base and do not listen to their community.They only push out ingame products so they can milk them dry.

2.Gamersfirst second name is "LaggersFirst".And with good reason.I have mainly played APB and I can tell you right now the servers are very bad.You can't help to think that they run the game's servers on hamsters.Lag,teleporting,rubberbading,pakcet loss,You name it,they got it!And thats not only for APB!

3.Support is useless.They don't even check what you send to their support system.They just ignore whatever you send them.And if you are banned for no reason well good luck trying to get your account back without involving court.

4.Very bad Forum Management.Forum admins for Gamersfirst have erased freedom of speech (for the most part).If you critize their Methods by creating a thread,it will be locked and closed faster than you can say "Jolly Hot Potato!".They just give you an excuse to lock it saying that you have violated the forum rules.And lets not forget the SPCT Members (Famous Players who volunteered to help the game by testing patches or in other words brake the Weapons and the game features).They also blindly defend G1 no matter how wrong they are.

Well thats my 2 cents.I can go on for ages but In all honestly I just DON'T want to spoil it for you.Just make an account,download one of their shitty games and see for yourself.

Even a 1 out of 5 is too much for this company.....

like many others customers i've been banned for no reason , never had a single prob with cheats since the 90's , not even a warning on the thousands of games i've played this past 20 years , but for some reasons they banned me for cheating while in facts my skill in game is just below average , and perma blocked my 500€+ account , tried to contact them , but they just spit at your face and dont even discuss about it , all you will get is an automated answer to tell you what you already know : your account is banned and they wont discuss about it anymore.

The most hilarious thing is that they banned my most valued account that i wasnt even playing anymore at this moment but didnt ban the 2 alt account i was using ( but who didnt had any money invested in it ofc )

They dont even show you their supposed proofs against you or something, if they decide that you cheat -> you're fucked , even if you were not cheating at all , not to mention that i just realized today that they blocked my fallen earth account with hundreds of € invested in it too just because of this APB ban while its not the same game and while i was not even playing Fallen earth anymore.

So just think about it twice before you spend any bucks for yourself or your childrens in Gamersfirst or prey that you dont get any false positive cheat detection or false hackusation , otherwise you can say bye to your money with absolutely no way to get it back , even if you're an honnest valuable customer .

Well, I've been unfortunate to deal with Gamersfirst before.
Not entierly sure where to actually start summarizing up all the bad stuff.

I've played Warrock, Fallen Earth and APB. Well not really APB because I can't for the life of me figure out how to even make a character and even if I simply randomize you I'm not allowed to choose a server.

Their support site regarding the actual site has literally one article.

WarRock is actually a pretty fun game, when you're not lagging, encountering hackers, glitches or people who abuse them. So good luck trying to find game that actually works! Lagg has been an issue with this game since it's peer to peer, however after years of players experiencing such issues, I have seen at least no succesful attempts to prevent further lagging. They simply say :" It's your own fault".

Players are continously being banned unfairly. I have plenty of times simply fallen through the ground for reasons unknown to me. So have other players and they have been banned because of it. Even when they say they have no idea what happend and simply leaves the game.

Also after having issues playing the game at all, the costumer support was more or less entierly useless. "Try reinstalling" "try playing on a different server" "restart your computer". "Dunno". "We will review your support ticket". Something like that anyway.

The forum moderators all have different ideas on what the rules are aswell. After getting a thumbs up from a mod I was permantly banned from that forum by another mod which makes little to no sense to me at all. I was actually banned a second time for proving one of the mods wrong.

Regarding Fallen Earth, it's a waste of time. Sure it sounds fun, has a cool idea when it comes to crafting, however all of this means little when you're thrown into a world so glitchy, where they explain half of what you need to know and what I'm pretty sure is the worst AI I have ever seen. Voice acting is hillariously bad aswell.

Sounds kinda annoying? Well, they have special offers for you! Come buy! Buy buy buy! Your game will ble cluttered with messages such as this.

Overall, this is a company that has it's focus on "Moneyfirst" and not gamersfirst.
True, there are community events with mods, however if you don't follow their direct orders you will be kicked and might even be muted. It kinda reminds me of an autocracy.

Their games might sound like fun, and even tempting to try out, but after experiencing several more issues than these I've stated aswell I'd highly recommend you to NOT sign up for a profile.

One last thing, my previous account simply dissapeared. So there's that too I suppose. I have no idea why but it seems to have dissapeared.

As many others I got banned for no reason at all almost 7 months ago and I have tried to get my account back since without any form of succes.
I have spent several hundred dollars on this game and wasted a few hundred hours, and all they do is spit in my face.

They have poor customer service and 90% of their updates is just sales so they can maximize their profit.

They should change their name because they clearly don't put gamers in first hand.

Virtually nonexistent, extremely dishonest, unprofessional staff that uses their own admin tools to cheat, censors anything that might hurt their feelings. Very incompetent and lazy admin that does nothing, develop nothing, never listens to community, emits false bans and threaten players freely.

Same story as alot of people, You play, spend hours and money to make your account look nice, and you get blocked for no reason.
Then they just ignore you for the rest of your life. tried to get my account back for over 11 months now, and they still won't do anything about it, they won't even read your message.
When they see your account name, they close the ticket.
